Well what can you say
Well what can you say. I ordered and paid for a leaf blower, supposed to have been delivered by FedEx but to a different address to the label FedEx then returned to find the item but it wasn't there so it was lost not delivered but signed for! The FedEx driver then found our door and accused us for it going wrong before finally admitting he was to blame! Then genpower ltd messed about for around a month which still no refund . PayPal on the other hand was brilliant 24hrs and the refund was complete why couldn't genpower do this asap
Conclusion is both Genpower and FedEx are totally useless

Service with a smile
Unfortunately a faulty machine but cannot fault the customer service. Contacted Craig who didn’t miss a beat to have it returned, checked and replaced as fast as humanly possible.

Great customer service from Craig. He has been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my warranty claim, keeping me updated at each stage of the process. While I am still awaiting delivery of the repaired machine, the support I have received so far has been excellent. Thank you, Craig.

Your 4.3 star rating was not our experience!
GenPower has been without hesitation the most incompetent company we have dealt with ever. You have taken almost 5 months to resolve an issue with our Hyundai mower. It was quite astounding the excuses and utter crap that you have said to us about this saga over the months. I'm not looking to waste any more of my time with you telling you where you have gone wrong on numerous occasions as its not our problem anymore. You have eventually after conceding you were unable to fix the one-year-old mower, now given us a full refund which is the only positive thing I have to say about GenPower. Even when we did get to speak to various customer services people with English being their first language it was still painful trying to make progress with the issue. Like I said, I'm not going to go through the whole shit-show again from start to finish. In our opinion you were terrible in handling our case. The experience was a 1 out of 5 from us, with the solitary point being awarded for the eventual refund. One more point, we have now bought a Husqvarna mower, and wow - different league to Hyundai. We live and learn!

Problem battery charger.…
I had a problem with a faulty battery charger whilst still under warranty, I contacted Hyundai customer service and the matter was resolved in double quick time by Paul Jones providing me with a replacement charger 3 days after me raising the issue. Outstanding customer service, many thanks.

Not great after sales service…
Our lawnmower was delivered missing four washers, without which it was impossible to assemble. We phoned to request they be sent and were told we had to email photos of the missing parts!! Two emails and a further phone call later they were finally dispatched … received after a week’s wait!

40v cordless grass trimmer
Bought a cordless strimmer. Great product but minor defect with the battery charge indicator. Contacted customer services and excellent service and assistance from Soureshna who resolved the problem with a replacement. I’ve bought several Hyundai power tools from them and received great customer service every time.

Garden vac replacement
My garden vacuum stopped working and was within 3 years guarantee, so contacted Genpower by e-mail. Received a reply next day from Soureshna, and received my replacement within a couple of weeks.
Impressed with the new design, especially the button which stays on without having to hold it down to use.

Where is my refund?
Bought an item from Power Spares but it arrived with a packing slip from Gen Power. Both advertise the same physical address on their websites so I presume they're different names for the same company. They attempted to refuse a return, in violation of their own refund policy and my statutory rights. When I argued they agreed to accept the return at my own expense. That still violates UK law but it wasn't worth further argument so I followed the return instructions provided. This was weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund.
