I purchase a hoodie with a silk screened image… it arrive on time, but the image was partly blurred.
I sent a picture to support and they very quickly offered to replace it and I could keep the original hoody for my inconvenience.
A couple days later they were apologetic and advised they could not replace the hoodie as the image was no longer available and they offered a refund.
The refund was back on my credit card within 2 days!
I am extremely pleased! I still have a hoody for those blustery days and I have my refund.

This company used our logo without…
This company used our logo without permission and then tried selling it on our own Facebook page. When I tried to communicate with them I was sent down the rabbit hole of "you will need to contact this person, etc., etc." and when I called the phone number I was provided it no longer took calls and the e-mail I was provided bounced back to me. Somehow someone in Legal got my message and finally took the item down. Pretty shady.

I received a t-shirt that was advertised on the American Cancer Walk. The shirt did not have the American Cancer logo on it. Also, it was suppose to be good quality Hanes t-shirt, the shirt was a cheat stiff shirt of poor quality. Lastly the print was very faint in some areas.my love gearlaunch

Outstanding product quality and great customer support
To be honest I was afraid to order anything online due to poor quality and products not being what they are advertised to be. But I bit the bullet and ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. I ordered it on Dec. 6th and it arrived today! I was truly blown away with it! The quality is outstanding and it's an actual hoodie...not one of those polyester cheap knock offs. It made my day and was worth every penny!! I had also contacted customer support because I was nervous that it would arrive late. More importantly than the product, they responded quickly and were absolutely fantastic!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Gearlaunch is a business that profits from stolen IP. It is as simple as that. They claim to be a "platform" only and that it is not their responsibility if patrons illegally use their "platform" for theft. At least once a month for about the last six months, my business's social media gets flooded with posts "platformed" by Gearlaunch. They respond to hundreds of our social posts with a link to a Gearlaunch online store. It that looks like my business officially sponsors it because they use our logo. They also tag hundreds of our social media followers in those posts making it look like my business has started selling swag through Gearlaunch. Then scammers in conjunction with Gearlaunch print and sell swag with our logo without our permission while both the scammers and Gearlaunch profit from the sales. Gearlaunch prints and distributes the swag with the unauthorized use of our logo that has been purchased through their platform. Gearlaunch pays lip service and will ban that store after the damage has been done. When they ban one group that targets my business two more pop up with the exact scam. They do nothing to prevent the illegal use of IP. The most basic minimum due diligence, like reaching out to the business, could stop much of the problem. They won't do that. I have also repeatedly asked to know how much, if any, swag was sold without our permission. They won't answer that question. This takes up so much of my time, reporting, blocking, banning, dealing with an unapologetic Gearlaunch, explaining to customers who were tagged that we are not selling swag through Gearlaunch, and it is causing a real loss of revenue for my business. All one has to do is look at their reviews here and online to see that they don't care about the damage their lack of oversight causes to many businesses.

Christmas Present
I made an order with Notitee, wasn't sure if item would be delivered before Christmas. I asked Customer Services and they were very helpful and assured me, that it was on it's way. My item actually arrived today. Would have no hesitate with ordering from them again.

Company replaced item with a bigger size.
I found the item to be much smaller than like items of the same size elsewhere. The company offered to replace it for a nominal fee.
