I have no problem with this site at my purchase arrived slight long time as it seems to be shipped from outside UK. the Teeshirt is fine fits well. you can only say you find and the goods that you receieve.

As I have asked for my problems but not yet solve theses issue still now!!

Actually, I provided expert Pathfinder recommendations for the proper display of the Pathfinder Torch. I asked that the production team understood that it is very important for the Torch wearing Veterans, the Pathfinder history and Legacy to see the Pathfinder Torch properly displayed.
The administrative team was very receptive to my recommendations and we did for a good working relationship. I did not make my suggestions for monetary reward.

This company is honestly pathetic.

I have read hundreds upon hundreds of reviews claiming they consistently steal others' artwork, and they've been doing this for years and years and years.

They should be run out of business.

Apparently they don't even print nicely, and the quality of their products is garbage.

I myself ordered a shirt from them and even though it says it was "delivered", I never received anything. I've been fighting with them over a refund for about 6 weeks now.

The only way I'll get one is if I sign a document stating I can be arrested if they find me guilty of anything at all. It's absolutely absurd.

A company that defrauds and plagiarizes... You think you're getting me to sign literally anything???

First off all I was happy with the shirt I ordered, and when it was lost, I was impressed with how quickly it was resolved. I highly recommend this company for orders and an excellent response team. I couldn't be happier with them.

I am very happy with my order and though I received one piece damaged, customer service took care of it immediately, and sent me a new item. Very positive experience.

Ordered alumni hoodie and minutes later, fellow alumnus told me it's a scam and the seller was using the school logo without authorization. Emailed seller within an hour from time I placed an order and received reply saying order has been processed already and cannot cancel. Fast forward, it's been 5 weeks and shipment didn't arrive. Shipment tracking didn't update since 4 weeks ago. Emailed seller for status today and email bounced back. GearLaunch is hosting scam seller!

I ordered from them , I have set many emails asking for timeline of shipment or even tracking and I have received email asking for PO information so I provided it and still NOTHING back on my order
I work in customer service and this is not how it should be
