Very good service
I was very impressed with my order from garden chic. It was my second order and it went very smoothly. The item took a couple of weeks to get here but it arrived on the day they said. I would recommend them.

Roses are ta real bright yellow
The service was really good, delivery as expected.
The actual rose trees look more artificial as the yellow is to prominent than some I had bought previously from another supplier.

Omid the Magnificent
Omid who delivered our seat was an amazing guy - friendly, enthusiastic, skilled and willingly assembled our swing seat ( he suggested it) despite really hot weather and many deliveries to complete that day. Don't lose him - he's your biggest asset!

Price was the cheapest online at the time of ordering
Price was the cheapest online at the time of ordering, delivery was spot on, arrived on the day stated… Quality product, I found the assembly pretty strait-forward, however did need assistance from my lovely wife to put the roof on as that part of the assembly is bit fidley… The shed itself offers plenty of storage with the added bonus of a window for light, you can have the window on either side, it doesn’t tell you that in the instructions, just swap the shed side panels as you build it…

Great Shoe Cabinet - Thank You Garden Chic!
The shoe cabinet arrived on time and was very well packaged. It's excellent quality, feels really sturdy, and holds far more shoes than I expected. I was so impressed that I'm tempted to buy another one! I would highly recommend both this shoe cabinet and Garden Chic for their great product and excellent service.

Speedy delivery and exactly what I wanted. They are well made and sturdy and blend in much better than the metal and plastic ones. Really pleased with them. Great to be able to easily move heavy plant pots in and out of the sun as required - especially with this summer's weather.

My purchase did not go well
My purchase did not go well, I needed the recliner chair to take pressure off my legs as a pregnant woman, where by I can sit up right and have my both legs raised, but the back of recliner chair lowers back same time the legs raises up. I filed a complaint and sent a video and I was told that’s the way it’s been manufactured.
I could not return it because I have no one to help dismantle it as my brother who helped in putting it together lives far away.
I will not recommend any customer to buy from you guys as I am stuck with a chair that isn’t serving the purpose it is needed for .

Fabulous garden sofa, great company
Ordered my garden corner sofa on the Monday afternoon and it was delivered on the Friday morning. Very impressed with delivery time. I had it put together by the early afternoon and was enjoying sitting on it in the sun a couple of hours later. Communication from the company was spot on. The delivery company did exactly what I asked. It's a fabulous sofa, really stylish and good value for money. I love it. Thank you.

Not a great first impression
Not a great first impression. Ordered an air con unit from the website which said it was in stock. Was then emailed to say they didn't have it in stock but was on back order and will be arrive in 8th June. We opted to keep the order and wait. Was then told a couple of days later that unfortunately, they were not getting this model back in stock for 2026. I thought it was a bold statement, but OK. So they cancelled our order. I just happen to be looking for the air con at other retailers around 7-10 days later and it appears Garden chic did in fact get it back in stock. £50 more expensive this time. What I forgot to mention is that when we originally ordered it was on offer for a very good price. Now its back (after it wasn't coming back) but more expensive. I reached out to Garden Chic to question this and they offered some apology around how this isn't how they want to come across. No mention of fulfilling my order or offering to help with a new order with a gesture of goodwill, given it was there mistake. Feels very shady - like they didn't want to fulfil the orders at the price they originally offered. Proceed with caution.
