A positive experience
The engineer who repaired my garage door was brilliant and deserves 5 *. He explained what had happened and what he would be able to do. This was sent through to the office who immediately sent me a quote for repair which I thought was reasonable, particularly as I had thought I might need to replace it! I accepted and the work was done within 30 minutes and I was able to pay by card. A really friendly and efficient job.
It was easy to book. After seeing my car roll into my garage door I could not open the door. I contacted the office at 3pm and an engineer was promised for that day. In the event the engineer was not able to come but no one told me and I was left waiting and wondering, which is the reason I have given just 4*. The engineer did come the following day and did an excellent job as I have described.

Incredibly expensive
Incredibly expensive. I was in a big rush and needed door securing quickly but £350.00 for one spring and about 30 minutes labour time was not a fair price for the qprls carried out. I would not use this company agin

Expensive
Very efficient and proffesional service. Called them in the morning and had roller shutter door fixed hours later.Engineer had parts on van and made repair directly after reviewing the problem. But I guess this sort of service comes at a price!

Excellent service. Price too high tbh
Excellent service. The door engineer was very professional and got the job done quickly in half an hour. Though I was willing to pay as my garage door was stuck open, a £5-600 hourly rate is a bit steep!
