Cela va faire un mois, 15 jours de plus que prévu, que j’attends ma commande. Aucune nouvelle et pas moyen de joindre GAP. Je suis maintenant un client définitivement perdu pour cette marque, même Chronopost est moins nul....

Service après-vente horrible.
Article renvoyé et réceptionné par GAP le 22 mai 2020 et toujours aucun remboursement, malgré plusieurs relances téléphoniques.
De plus ils ne parlent qu'en anglais, pas de service en français.

Grottiger Service! Mitte Mai habe ich zwei Bestellungen über Hermes retourniert. Drei Tage später sind sie laut Hermes auch bei GAP eingegangen. Anschließend habe ich nie wieder etwas davon gehört. Weder eine Retouren-Eingangsbestätigung noch eine Rückzahlung. Eine der Bestellungen würde zusätzlich noch nichtmal im Kundenkonto erfasst.
Bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme wurde ich mit Corona vertröstet, auch bei der zweiten Mail wurde darauf verwiesen. Trotz Corona bekommen es komischerweise alle anderen Versandhändler trotzdem hin innerhalb von min. 2 Wochen zu reagieren.
In meiner zweiten Mail wurde ich bereits deutlicher, da mittlerweile über 1 Monat vergangen war. Daraufhin musste ich dann zu jeder Bestellung nochmal angeben wann die aufgegeben wurde und welche Artikel genau ich retourniert hätte, weil ja jetzt 30 Tage vergangen wären und sie es nicht mehr nachverfolgen könnten. Ein echter Saftladen!
Kurze Zeit später erhielt ich dann die Bestätigung, dass die Waren eingegangen sind und das Geld zurück überwiesen wird.
Dort werde ich nie wieder bestellen, auch wenn die Angebote verlockend sind.

I have always enjoyed shopping with the Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic-but I am very disappointed with my last 2 shipments-which I returned 70% of what I ordered-poor sizing & cheap fabric quality. I returned these on 5/20-and I still have zero credits for my returns. I can’t get in touch with anyone in customer service-by phone-no email address and I have called repeatedly for weeks. I am getting ready to dispute the charges with my credit card company-it’s my last resort!!! Never again will I shop with their family of brands.

I love Gap clothing. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. That’s why it actually pains me that I can no longer shop from them. Hermes is the problem. I am tired of Hermes lying about attempted deliveries when I have been at home. I no longer trust that I will receive my packages. I am actually staying away from stores in general that deliver with Hermes. Tired of this sub pat service.

Do not order online unless you are sure items will fit. The worse returns service I have encountered. I have lost money in the past as I got so frustrated trying to follow up refunds with Gap but as my return from 12 May 2020, which was delivered to Gap on 13 May 2020, was a significant amount I will continue to chase my monies. Initially informed they had no record of the return, then they told me it takes 15 days for a return to be processed although it was well in excess of 15 days (they don’t read the mails just send standard replies) and now they have requested I supply details of items returned and tracking info even though this was all arranged through their online returns procedures. I would NOT recommended this company.

I am shocked at how poor customer service is here. I returned an item 7 weeks ago. Noticed that my refund hadn’t been returned and got in touch. They initially had no record of the order, then they told me it takes 15 days for a return to be processed (is this 15 days from when you notice that they haven’t bothered refunding you?) and then they requested item numbers and a detailed description of the items I ordered even though at this stage they had found a record of my order. I am furious that this amount of work is required by the customer just because they are not capable of keeping track of their returns. Will never shop here again neither online nor in store.

Es gibt immer massenhaft Angebote und Deals und dann kommen sie mit der Bearbeitung nicht hinterher. Bei mir war die falsche Lieferadresse hinterlegt, ich habe 1 Minute nach der Bestellung angerufen und um Änderung gebeten. Das konnten sie nicht machen, sie könnten versuchen zu stornieren. Das hat auch nicht geklappt. Jetzt wurde die Lieferung an die falsche Adresse geschickt, ging vor 6 Wochen wieder an GAP zurück und ich warte auf meine Rückerstattung.
Ich habe GAP mehrfach angeschrieben: keine Reaktion, keine Rückerstattung. NIX!!! Sehr bedauerlich...

Trois semaines que j’ai commandé, toujours rien reçu. Et le service client ne répond pas. Très déçu par Gap...

OK but slow delivery and no tracking once the parcel leaves UK towards destination.

Rubbish and rude customer service, order got cancelled after confirmation.

Jeg har shoppet meget børnetøj via Gap, og aldrig haft problemer.
Betal dog aldrig fuld pris, tilmeld dig deres nyhedsbrev og få rabat.
Den er godt nok midt anmassende og sender MANGE mails, men der er altid fuld af gode rabatter

Die Dauer der Bearbeitung einer Rücksendung ist einfach nicht tragbar. Sie schreiben "15 business days" - Was so viel wie 3 Wochen *MINDESTENS* dauert.

Ich bin bereits in der 4ten Woche und meine Rücksendung wurde noch nicht bearbeitet. Es scheint ein System dahinter zu liegen. Im Sinne von "Aus den Augen aus dem Sinn".
Eine erneute Bestellung werde ich nicht mehr Aufgeben. Lieber fahre ich dafür mal in ein Outlet ins Ausland. Kundenservice kann GAP leider nicht.

Je leur ai envoyé un mail mais le service client est en anglais , qui me dit qu’ils le liront et prendront la peine de le traduire
Malheureusement pour les personnes comme moi qui ne parle pas couramment anglais je ne peux même pas les appeler
Franchement vu le prix de leur article ils pourraient améliorer leur service client et investir dans quelques employé bilingue

I accidentally put in my old address on my order and tried calling in to change my address, I was told that they would do everything possible to cancel out my order and if my order did ship out and wasn't cancelled then I'd be ableto call back after my first promised delivery time. Sure enough it was shipped to my old address and when I called back they DID refund my shipping, they also placed a new order for me and waived my shipping even though it was my fault I input my old address and even gave me 10% off for the inconvenience.

Schlechtester Online Shop. LogIn bei Angeboten nicht mehr möglich, neu angeforderte Passwörter funktionieren nicht. Trotz Vermerk auf dem Lieferschein liegt kein Retourenlabel bei der Sendung dabei. Die Seite retouren auf der gap Website kann wie oh Wunder nicht angezeigt werden "oh, we are sorry.." Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Also nicht von den Angeboten beeindrucken lassen, Finger weg.

Ich liebe GAP - Der Shop bietet eine tolle Auswahl an.
Die Qualität ist auch klasse. Ständig gibt es neue Angebote.
Die Lieferung dauert allerdings ca. 1 Woche - das finde ich aber nicht schlimm.

Der Kundenservice ist sehr nett.

God og hurtig kundeservice, svarer hurtigt på mails.
Levering kunne måske optimeres men det er ikke noget der koster stjerner.

Hjemmesiden er meget informativ, og blev mødt med en ekstraordinær kundeservice da en del af min ordre var en smule forsinket.

jeg var meget tilfreds med at handle hos Gap.eu
