so for the 2nd time in a month gap puts my order into " awaiting cancelation " with NO notification to me, it is only because of my due diligence of constantly checking my order status due to the last screw up that I then discovered this. There's no communication about it ,they just cancel it I've gone through thescenario with them as to why the billing and shipping are different they don't seem to learn their lesson their office hours do not coincide with Pacific time even though they're a West Coast based compan. Although I think their product has good price value for quality and fashion timeliness they're online experience has been nothing short of horrendous for me on a repeated basis be forewarned.

The direction was all easy to follow and had good options to use and love the clothes they sell

I will never order from Gap again. My order was never delivered. First the email said it went UPS access point. Then when I called customer service they said it went to a post office far from my home. Because it was delivered to a post office, they couldn’t cancel the order or refund me, and I would have to wait weeks until the post office sent it back and they receive it. Horrible experience

Poor poor customer service

The absolute worst experience in trying to make a return! I purchased it online at old navy, I need to return it because it's the wrong size, I go to old navy and the clerk says, no, you have to go the gap store and I said, where is there a gap store? She says in Brea, CA. we drive to Brea which was 25 miles away! We arrive and the gap store has been permanently CLOSED!!!!! We drive all the way back home. I log in and now I have to find a UPS and drop off the package. The clerk could've said as much, but she was in a hurry to leave! I am furious

Gap Sweden online is a scam. I never received my order and all the contacts they have on the website and in the e-mails don't work.

Żaluje, ze nie przeczytalam wczesniejszych opinii. Myslalam, ze miesieczny okres oczekiwania na zwrot pieniedzy jest wynikiem jakiegos zamieszania z moim zwrotem, a tu jest lawina podobnych sytuacji! Czyli sklep ma strategie celowego przetrzymywania pieniedzy klientow. Jest to oczywiscie lamanie prawa. Do tego fatalna obsluga na infolinii, obiecano mi zwrot srodkow dzisiaj (3 tydzien oczekiwania), rzecz jasna nie dotarly. Naprawde rece opadaja. Przestrzegam przed zakupami w tym sklepie.

Made an order for 7 pairs of jeans on line 3/28/36. Received the wrong items on 4/13/26. On 4/14/26 I CALLED customer service to reorder and make sure and confirm I ordered the correct items, after being on the phone for 40 minutes placing the order I was told I would receive the order in 5 days. On 4/22/26 I received the wrong items again. On 4/23/26 I called customer service again and while speaking with customer service for 53 minutes I was disconnected so I called back and spoke with another customer service representative for another 22 minutes and was not satisfied with the conversation so I hung up.

I started going to the Gap with my parents in 1969 at the San Francisco store because my parents were friends with Don and Doris Fisher. I will never shop at any Gap owned store again. The worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

The employees at The Gap store in Deer Park, IL are amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.

Lepiej omijać szerokim łukiem - brak szacunku do kupujących.

Rude employee didn't ask once if I needed help for me family. It took my ten minutes to get the employee off her phone to get any help .I had did all my family's back to school shopping at the Gap. Had $2,300 of items. Once I finally recieved help all the employee was worried about is how fast she could get back to her phone messages. She let me know all the clothes were nolonger on sale discount. I told her I never seen the fake sal3s ad and had more than enough to purchase anything they sale. Are shopping day just begun we had several other stores to visit.I will never shop the store again . Most of the clothes was out of date, the service was bad and the store sm3lt like a strong old lady perfume the kind that takes your breath away. It's a CHINA 🇨🇳 owned company. BLACK ROCK INC.

This really is a bad company. They have no morality when it comes to working with customers. I've repeatedly had issues with deliveries being made to the wrong address, and being lost. That happened 2 times last week. On the last shipment, they denied my claim, and sent me a report card (not kidding), showing that I had problematic returns, Yes! I have b/c they seem to be unable to deliver to my home. I went as far as to contact the delivery service ahead of the last shipment to ensure I would get the package, that did not work.

Great sale anc friendly employees

After paying my parcel I had to send it back (poor quality)- but I have found out, sending back is possible only on my expenses. This was one month ago, still waiting for my refund!

Nie polecam! Sklep jedna wielka pomyłka. Na zamówienie czekasz prawie 2 tygodnie a na zwrot pieniędzy miesiąc. Nie dość, że musisz na własny koszt odesłać towar lub oddać w sklepie to jeszcze nigdzie nie informują, że nie wystarczy zwrócić towar w sklepie, żeby odzyskać pieniądze tylko sklep jeszcze musi wysłać to do magazynu i jak magazyn potwierdzi że otrzymał przesyłkę to dopiero mają 2 tygodnie na zwrot pieniędzy. Czyli tak naprawdę możesz czekać 2 miesiące bo nie wiesz ile razy sklep wysyła towar do magazynu. Rażąco łamią Prawo Konsumenta. Omijać z daleka! Obsługa Klienta to jakaś masakra!!!!!

Hice una devolución de un pedido a la dirección del almacén logístico que me indicaron en el email de devolución aceptada y dicen que no ha llegado el paquete y no me me hacen el reembolso del pedido que he devuelto. Además que el servicio de atención al cliente es verdareramente desagradable.

Zostalem poinformowany, ze mimo ze jest to blad firmy nie moga mi wymienic bluzy. Przedstwili procedure zwrotu i poinformowano, ze moge zanowic sobie bluze jako nowe zamowienie. Jak zobaczylem ta procedure to na sam widok mi sie odechcialo. Kontakt z obsluga bardzo slaby - po kontakcie na infolinie dostalem informacje, ze osoba zajmujaxa sie sprawa oddzwoni. Nigdy tego nie zrobila, a mailowo odpowiadala w taki sposob, ze chetnie pokazalby. screeny.
