Don’t even bother, you have to make over $70,000 to get approved for a loan. If we made that, I’m sure we wouldn’t even need help.

Future Family has been a blessing for our family. Starting IVF and not having funding for medical procedures that my insurance doesn’t even cover seemed like a dead end, but we were so relieved and excited to know affordable financing would actually be an option.
In addition, the best bonus was having a nurse to communicate with at all times about any fertility questions and concerns. We are so appreciative of this opportunity to grow our family and excited for the journey ahead.

I absolutely love how every person who works for future family is 1. a nurse 2. someone who has gone through fertility treatments themselves. If you have not gone through infertility issues you truly cannot relate to the struggles and the pain that we endure going through this. Laura was always there for me and so helpful with every single question that I had. I am so grateful that I had her throughout this process.

I put in an application for a loan to get a fertility treatment. I was immediately contacted by one of their reps (Curtis). From the 1st moment he contacted me, he put me on top priority, I never felt like I was put off til later. The kind off attention he put into my loan took so much stress off of me. He made the process very quick and smooth, I was truly shocked how quick it all happened.
Even after the loan process was done and money was dispersed you would think that was the end of our interactions. BUT it wasn't he still contacted me to wish me well on my fertility journey. AND when my medications were doubled and needed a medication loan to quickly pay for them he got me what I needed immediately.
Working with Curtis at future families made this process pain-free. There is so much stress in gling into a fertility treatment, but Curtis and future families made sure they took the stress out of this part of it. There is not enough thank you's.

Stephanie was a true blessing throughout my IVF cycle. She was extremely attentive, reached out to me on a regular basis not just about my IVF journey but with any doctor appt I had throughout our time working together, she is compassionate and exceptionally knowledgeable of her profession. I am grateful to have been assigned as her patient throughout my IVF journey. She made tremendously difficult experience better. She was able to answer any questions I had with urgency. She was my Angel all through this journey.

Jenn was an amazing fertility coach. She was level headed, attentive, and passionate. She was right there with us along this whole journey as she helped coach us through the medication and the steps. The medication was the most challenging part, just keeping it all straight and we didnt know we could shop around. Jenn informed us of alternative pharmacies and we ended up saving a good chunk of change on the medication. She also checked in on us regularly, she knew our appointment dates and made sure to be available on and around those dates. She would check in the day of appointments as well which shows a high level of attention to detail. Most of all it was great to know we had the "safety blanket" of Jenn who would and could help us through any part of this journey. It was good to know that someone with experience and good knowledge was a resource as opposed to going online and finding way too many useless results that might only stress us out more. Jenn was professional, caring and overall a great fertility coach!

Laura was amazing, she was always available when I had questions - even at times responding when it was clearly after hours. I am beyond happy with my decision to get this loan and therefore get the chance to interact with Laura. She made the process a lot smoother for me!

Curtis was amazing helping me and my husband during this process. He went above and beyond did not pressure or push us. He let us take our time and figure things out. He even made adjustments to our loan at the last minute when things changed on us. I had a better experience with Curtis than with Terah no offense.

A really terrible experience. The only positive was Ryan Tibbetts who attempted to be helpful. I applied and was pre approved. I scheduled a call with Ryan to go over the loan terms as well as next steps. Ryan verified everything was approved and sent me the contract which I signed. I also paid the membership fee. A week later I get a generic email saying after further review my loan was cancelled with no explanation. At this point I made plans for my treatment plan based on this loan and was very upset. I reached out to Ryan who was very helpful and apologetic and stated we could still move forward just with slightly different terms. I didn’t hear back for several days and reached out to follow up as my treatment was due to begin within a week or so. This time I was directed to the finance team who emailed me and said that they could not move forward with the loan. My issue is not with being denied a loan it is with being pre approved and then denied without any explanation. In addition, there were no major changes to my credit profile from the time of pre approval to denial. My income didn’t change and I did not open any new loans or lines of credit. The experience added additional stress at a time when here I certainty don’t need it. The company needs to invest in their pre approval process as well as their communication and customer service.

Curtis was great! He was so friendly and helpful! He was full of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions! We would definitely recommend him and Future Family!

Curtis has been AMAZING. I can’t say enough about how helpful and informative he has been. This is a difficult process to go through and he has taken all of the stress away. I am so thankful for him and this company and how they handle everything. He helped with initial questions about how everything works, but stuck with us through everything and walked us through every question I had.

Working with Future Family has been a life-changing experience!! We found them through our fertility clinic and the quickness of their loan process was unexpected. They worked directly with our clinic to make things as easy as possible and keep us in the IVF cycle we were already planning for when we ran into insurance coverage hiccups.

On top of that I received fertility coaching with the amazing Laura W. who was always there to email or schedule a call (even same day) if I had questions about what was going on in our fertility journey. She really helped ease my mind and feel like I had just that extra bit of support in a very emotional time of our lives. I would not be as excited and confident about our future were it not for the coaching, knowledge, and just all around positivity that I’ve received from her. It means so much to have someone invested in you and your success!!

I would definitely recommend Future Family for anyone looking for help with creating their own family and if we ever run into insurance problems again, they will be the first place we call to keep us on track and our family growing!!

The team was very responsive and helpful during the loan process, but the fertility coach that is provided afterwards is an even more valuable resource that I'm thankful is provided.

I worked with Katie McLindsay, who was absolutely wonderful, and fully present with me every step of the way. She was my sole support system during my several rounds of treatments. I am very thankful that I had her to lean on as a knowledgeable resource, listening ear, and to be able to trust her compassionate guidance.

Nurse Katie has been such a helpful resource to us throughout our egg retrieval and IVF transfer! She quickly answered questions, chatted with us over Zoom, and offered tips over email. It was a comfort to know that we had her in our corner.

This infertility journey has been tough, as I’m sure it has been for so many out there. All of the contracts, processes and financial discussions are draining. I was so completely drained by the process when I decided to give Future Family a try. I set up my call with Ryan T. and from the very first nano second of our call, I could tell that he was a wonderful human being that was going to do his best to support me. I was not disappointed… at all! He was so kind and genuine. He was knowledgeable and supportive. Through his comforting words and peaceful tone of his voice, I felt restored in my journey to conceive. Honestly, this is the type of person that absolutely everyone deserves to come in contact with. We all truly need Ryan T and I’m so glad that I came in contact with him.
