Curtis Feimster is one of thee sweetest people I have ever come across. He made me feel so comfortable to open up to him about my journey, the good and bad he doesn’t judge. I’ve emailed him AFTER hours and guess what, he always gets back to me and doesn’t ever make me feel as if I’m bothering him (I know I can get really pesty 😩, but I mean well). I’m so grateful to have Future Family and Curtis Feimster as a part of my family now. I won’t give up, I know I’m almost there!!

Working with Future Family has been amazing every step of the way. They helped simplify a really scary and costly process that otherwise would have been incredibly overwhelming. Our nurse, Jennifer, checked in on me regularly and was amazingly supportive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend working with Future Family over using a bank loan because these people really get it and they know what you're going through! Thank you, Jennifer and Future Family!

Every single person I have talked to has been kind, compassionate, and totally accommodating. The financial process is quite simple and straightforward and their customer service is fantastic.
And then there is their nurses - they are part nurse-part therapist. They are always there to answer the questions you forget to ask your doctor, encourage you, and keep you standing up when you might be falling. I can’t say enough good things about the little things that the Future Family nurses do for their clients.

There is nothing straight forward or simple about fertility financing. We were not prepared well by our clinic, and our clinic’s recommended loan servicer, while approving us for a lower interest rate, left so much to be desired from a customer service standpoint. It left us feeling frustrated and a little desperate to find our own resources. Thankfully, we found Future Family on our own, and we have been so blown away by the incredible customer service and flexibility that we ultimately chose them despite the higher interest rate. Jackie has been thorough, kind, communicative, and has been a welcome part to what was a really frustrating process.

I highly recommend Future Family if you need to take out a loan for IVF. We shopped around for loans and they were the easiest to work with and offered the best options. The best part is they include a fertility coach with your plan. I never imagined I would get more guidance and support from a finance company than my fertility center, but that's exactly what happened. Katie was there for us every step of the way. She always responded promptly if I had a question or concern about my IVF process. Without her, we would not have had the support or information we needed throughout IVF. Thank you Katie and Future Family, we could not have done this without you.

Very Engaging. Compassionate but not smothering which I appreciated. Katie was really easy to talk to. Answered any questions I had and moved quickly in the process.

I was feeling so down about my whole IVF process, as a first timer I had no idea what to expect and everything was so overwhelming. When I tell you Future Family has turned this whole experience around for me, I mean it whole heartedly. Ryan gave such good advice when it came to our loan and he is extremely responsive to any question I’ve had. Caryl is my nurse and ended up helping me cut the cost of medication by 75% and she’s also so responsive about any question I have. Seriously love you guys so much!!!

My experience through this process has been AMAZING and it is all thanks to Ryan T! Truly, in the stressful situation of fertility in itself, he has helped make the financial side of this soo much easier! He has been incredible every step of the way, helping me understand anything I have a question about!

I concur with a fellow reviewer when she says" Honestly, I’m really confused as to how this company has such great reviews. We had a really poor experience." We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Allison. We will be sure to notify our doctor's office of this negative experience and see to it that future candidates choose one of the other more suited companies. Future family definitely makes the process of financing fertility treatment easy. Almost too easy. I wish I had researched it more. Future Family absolutely uses the highest APR available. I have cheaper credit card APR offers. And they participate in false advertising, of which I'm not exactly sure how legal this is. They will tell you there are exclusive Future Family discounts available for medications. Which is the main reason I chose Future Family. This is not true. They use MDRx pharmacy which will give those discounts to you regardless of whether you are with Future Family. Also, your 24 hour fertility nurse will have "office hours." And those office hours will probably be the same hours you work so it's not like you can count on them being available for those evening and late night questions when your fertility clinic is closed. Or you'll feel guilty contacting them outside those "office hours" so then you won't. The coach is nice and has been helpful during our meet and greet. I guess we'll see how the future goes and I'll update as needed.
So beyond the ease of getting funds and paying bills, there isn't much benefit to using Future Family so far. And I'm definitely questioning their integrity as a company. I'd advise researching your options thoroughly first they definitely subscribe to false advertising."

Jackie and this company are amazing! My husband and I had all but given up hope on having a family. This was our last chance due to outside circumstances. Jackie was so caring and compassionate and made the financial process of our fertility journey one less obstacle.

Future Family made it possible for us to conceive our child with IVF. They offered affordable payment plans and worked directly with our fertility clinic, making it a very seamless process. Furthermore, they assign you a fertility coach who I can’t say enough amazing things about. Katie checked in on me every week asking for updates on our journey and offered emotional support as well as medical expertise. She was there for me throughout the entire process and never forgot about me. It was so wonderful to have her on my side and someone to ask questions to as well as lean on when times were rough. I am forever grateful to future family and especially to Katie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

IVF is such an overwhelming process, and it helps to know that there are good resources out there that provide genuine support. While I initially turned to Future Family to simply help pay what my insurance wouldn't cover for fertility treatment, it ended up being one of the best decisions I ever made. Signing up for the loan was easy and painless, and the terms are very reasonable. But, I have to say that the best thing about Future Family is the nurse every patient is assigned. I genuinely don't know how I would have made it through this process without Rachel's guidance. Rachel is an absolute gem, and I owe her so much. She walked me through how to take every type of medication, and generously answered all my questions via email or video call. I don't know if I would have been able to get through my first cycle without her help. I'm so grateful to Future Family, and would recommend this company to everyone. You're not just getting financial support, but lots of medical advice and emotional support, which is desperately needed during IVF.

Ryan T was very helpful and supportive during the whole process. He was patient when we filled out the new application. As silly as it sounds, his tone was perfect. Honestly, this sucks. He made it much easier to deal with. Promote this guy. Ryan T is awesome!!

Future Families made it possible for us to receive the treatment we needed. Having Katie as a Future Families nurse to rely on made our IVF process much easier. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience without the added stresses of finances and unanswered questions.

I am very disappointed. I got approved for a 0% loan, I was about to sign the paper when I found out about the membership fees. At first it says $799 and then because of my partner clinic it will be $599???
I went on the website nowhere I could find an amount about those fees... Just membership fees...
I felt like it was hidden fees, and the amount differ on the client profile, so it is sketchy for me...
I am from France and worked in a bank for 8 years, so having unclear fees is very uncomfortable.

Plus I already have a fertility coach, a therapist and a special price for medications so I don't understand those fees.
