I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience has been with Future Family. The loan application process was simple and transparent: I wasn’t pressured into borrowing more than I felt comfortable borrowing, there’s no hidden fees or penalties for early payback, and no question was treated with anything but the utmost respect and care. But the MOST important and *worth-every-penny* feature of the Future Family loan, is that it includes 24/7 access to a dedicated nurse! While fertility clinics try to be attentive and responsive to their patients, nothing—and I mean NOTHING—beats the peace of mind I had from having access to my dedicated nurse, Rachel. When the clinic didn’t respond in a timely fashion or provided an unclear/vague response to a question, instead of panicking (or getting angry), I referred my questions and relevant info to Rachel and she happily (and promptly) answered, explained, and armed me with appropriate follow-up questions to ask my doctor. My hand was held the whole way! Rachel celebrated my achievements with me, told me what to expect next, and literally walked me through—via FaceTime/Zoom—the various injections (some come in ready-to-go pens, others in vials to be withdrawn, and still others in powders that first need to be carefully mixed!). This would have been totally overwhelming without her! Although the egg “stimulation”, monitoring, and retrieval process is grueling, costly, and time consuming, having Rachel available to text a quick question or hop on a call meant that I could confidently adhere to an exact injection schedule which, for me, resulted in wayyyy better-than-expected results. At 39, I began the “cycle” with 11 follicles and was told to optimistically expect 70% of those being retrieved as “mature” eggs. They ended up retrieving ALL 11 mature eggs (!) and I honestly credit Rachel for this tremendous success. If it wasn’t for her being so accessible, I am certain any number of variables (withdrawing exact dosages, properly mixing powders with solutions, adhering to a strict injection schedule, or even knowing when/if to order extra medications before a weekend) would’ve produced different results. In fact, I’d go so far as to presume the “70%” guideline I was given is, in part, based on there mere fact that most people going through this process are NOT healthcare professionals and, understandably, make mistakes (big or small) when it comes to the medications/injections. Having Rachel, my dedicated nurse, allowed me to do everything possible on my end to ensure the best outcome. No guesswork. No mistakes. I’m as proud of myself for my final results as I am grateful to Future Family (and Rachel!) for enabling me to achieve them. I cannot recommend Future Family enough!!

At first I would have given this company 5 stars. The loan process was easy in 2022 and I had my daughter in 2024.
But now…. I can’t get anyone on the phone or get a response to my emails for a payoff letter (something I needed quickly). One… that should be available to you in the dashboard portal at all times, two there should be a way to speak to a representative on the phone during business hours.

I honestly did not expect my finance company to be one of the best parts of my journey! From the very beginning, before I signed any contracts, I had an accurate quote of my loan amount and monthly payment. I am a natural skeptic and this was very important to me! I had the direct cell number to MY Future Family rep, Curtis. Curtis explained the process, the contract, and the benefits of Future Family so eloquently. He walked me through my portal, how to pay my providers, and how to make my monthly payments. Any time I have a question or concerns I call or text Curtis. As an infertility patient I have grown accustom to waiting days and days to hear back from providers. But Curtis picks up the phone every single time I call. He has responded to my messages within minutes. At one point I was waiting and waiting and worrying and worrying about a refund. I finally called Curtis and asked for his help. He told me he would get someone on it right away. The relief I felt to know I had someone working for me personally was so meaningful! My refund hit two days later. We have had such pleasant conversations and I just love talking with him. He is always rooting for me. In this emotionally complicated time I am so grateful to have peace of mind with Future Family.

Curtis is excellent to work with! He made the process of understanding the loan terms, the benefits of using future family, and accepting the loan a seamless process. He even set up my loan on a holiday when I found out last minute we needed the money the next day.

Curtis is the best!! He is so easy to work with and genuinely cares about helping make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Curtis is absolutely amazing! We have worked with him twice now, and each time he treats us like old friends. Very speedy and always beyond helpful. He also checks in often and has the best customer service. We just love him!

DO NOT DO IT.
I recommend prosper. I reached financially hardship and emailed them help for 1 month. Prosper gave me a whole year to cut my bill in half with no penalty or extra interest.

Future family has not responded to me in 2 months they don’t even have a phone.

If you are having technical problems as well they blame you, they won’t even bother to make a solution. They really don’t help.

They are rude me and my clinic.

Jakie has been so amazing, she made this process do easy and stress free. She was able to answer all of my questions! Highly recommend!

Natalie was a godsend. She was very clear, quick with responding, and answered every question we could think of. If you’re feeling lost or hopeless in the process, give FF a call and ask for Natalie! You won’t be disappointed.

The team at Future Family have been truly wonderful; Jackie M. has been a true blessing, between the hundreds of questions, to helping out with getting our funds to help with medication! Jackie is an excellent show of what Future Family is! If you are scared or hesitant, it does not hurt to call and take the next step.

Curtis Feimster is amazing to work with! He is so caring, efficient, and answered all my questions. He’s there whenever I need him and has made this process so easy. I would recommend him and Future Family to everyone I know. I am so grateful I found them and especially grateful that I was paired with Curtis as my financial specialist!

Omg Guys CURTIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He’s fast and very responsive.. HAS TO BE THE BEST ADVISOR THAT FUTURE FAMILY HAS!!! ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE HIM TO PIECES…IM SO HAPPY HE WAS ABLE TO GET US THE FUNDS WE NEEDED TO COMPLETE OUR FAMILY.

I just wanted to share how great our experience was with Future Family. From the start Matt made the process very easy and clear to understand everything. Rachel was a true blessing along the way with continuous follow ups and answering any questions that may have arose about my health and care. I am happy to say we are currently pregnant with our first child from using IVF after 3 years of unexplained infertility. I highly recommend Future Family to anyone looking for assistance with starting a family!

Curtis was extremely helpful in the process for financing. We began the process with him and then made a pivot to make an initial payment out of pocket instead of financing because that was best for our family. When we had to go for a second round and needed the financing for sure this time Curtis was still there to help and was extremely responsive and helpful getting all of our questions answered. Appreciate his patience and definitely feel like he’s someone that’s got your best interest. Not just pushing you into a loan you might not need.

I was referred to Future Family by my fertility specialist at the start of my IVF journey. I wasn’t sure what the fertility coaching program entailed, but when I learned more from one of the Future Family reps I immediately signed up. The IVF process can feel incredibly overwhelming to go through the first time. Time spent with the fertility specialist at appointments is so brief it’s difficult to ask all the questions. The availability of staff to answer questions after appointments is also limited which can add to feelings of anxiety and uncertainty. Having a fertility coach to text or call on most days/times with any questions or concerns that arise has been incredibly helpful for me, to say the least. I feel so lucky I got matched with Jen. She helped explain the whole IVF process in detail (not just what to expect with the meds calendar but how I could expect to feel at each step), has been available to answer any questions, coached me through the injection process, has checked in on me and has been an overall saving grace for me. It’s an extremely small cost for something that can provide a great ease of mind. I would highly recommend.

The customer service from Curtis was fantastic. He was patient, understanding of my situation and flexible and he was friendly. He worked with me thoroughly til we reached a solution and agreement.
