Furniture Village - York Arvostelua

We just dealt with Austin in the Clifton Moore Shop. He was absolutely fantastic and extremely patient with us. He wasn’t using any pushy salesman tactics. He was so informative and welcoming - a big part of why we even bought from this store 😁

Steve was very polite and welcoming as soon as i walked into store. He then left me to it to browse without hassling me. I then tried out a sofa i loved and asked him some questions about it. He then was very helpful and even drew out my room plan to ensure the sofa will fit! Once i got home i changed my mind about the layout of sofa, so he rang me the next day to change it and i was really pleased with this.
Highly recommend him, thankyou!

Ordered sofa and chair in Jan it’s now end of May and only half of the reclining sofa working and chair delivered with no swivel

They have done a very good job, happy with their service. Well done Guyz.

Very helpful and friendly, gor all the information when sofa was on its way.

No pushy sales talk gave us time to think and talk with out him tryed everything he could to help us explained everything clearly it was an excellent experience for my husband and my self

We popped into Furniture village to buy a second wardrobe- greeted by a friendly member of staff who offered us a drink which was very welcome- he also showed us an example of just what we were looking for, checked if the item was available- we ordered and he made sure we were happy with everything. It’s a great place to shop, no pressure selling-quality products and the sales are a bonus- I highly recommend.

Lewis from the Clifton moor store in York was a brilliant help , I would absolutely recommend this store and Lewis!

The staff at furniture village in york are super polite and very helpful with our purchase of the cupra dining set. Any questions we had were answered and our worries to rest.

We visited Furniture Village (Clifton Park?) looking for a dining set and a new sofa, as we have recently purchased our first house. FV was the first shop that we went in and fell in love with a few of their sofas, unfortunately only one of them (which we subsequently ended up purchasing) would fit in our new living room.

We were assisted by Lewis S, who was happy to answer any questions that we had about the furniture, including demonstrations about how the dining table extended, as well as how best to plump the sofa cushions so they kept their appearance.

Lewis was very professional and personable, and part of the reason we returned to FV to buy our sofa over the competing sofa stores in the immediate vicinity. Great job and we can’t wait for our delivery.

We were greeted but not hassled whilst we looked .

Lewis was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Great service all around.

Met Lewis Spencer in store. Very friendly , no pressure as I said we were browsing. After having a good look around the store we asked Lewis to join us as we had a few questions. He was very knowledgable
Again no pressure as myself and my husband chatted amongst ourselves.
We decided on a particular sofa and paperwork was filled in and ordered.
Excellent customer service from Lewis .
A credit to the company .

Great service! It was also a very professional delivery & installation. Many thanks to Konrad Dain

Very helpful and cheerful member of staff (Austin) who explained everything about the items we bought.

The sales advisor was good and the product looked good

Friendly staff. Lots of furniture choice and good quality. Victor was very helpful and made us very welcome. Even gave us a cup of coffee. Nothing too much trouble.

Steve Tanner was a very good salesman who explained everything about our purchase, & everything to do with delivery time etc too.

The salesperson Austin was great. He was very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.

A week since I made my purchase I have still not been contacted about a date for delivery which is disappointing.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the person to answer my call but well worth the wait amber was super helpful and sorted out all I needed a little star thanks Amber
