Furniture Village - Rugby Arvostelua

Given plenty of time to browse. Staff helpful but not intrusive.
Our sales consultant, Greg Walters was very professional and very patient with us. He gave good advice and was able to answer all our questions. He did not push us with a hard sell but did everything to meet our needs, giving us a very positive buying experience.

Andy was our salesman, he was very professional, helpful and friendly, we will definitely be recommending him and Furniture Village to other people. Thank you Andy, you made our experience very pleasurable.

Welcoming, but also gave you space.

Very helpfull staff, great service from ash.

We had the most fantastic experience with Dawn at Furniture Village in Rugby. My mum is THE MOST SPECIFIC customer and Dawn literally answered every single question or qualm she had and was so knowledgeable about all of the products. She actually made the process so fun, and got several cackles out of the whole family. (And it really is like herding cats trying to wrangle and get approval from all three generations of my family).

Whatever you’re paying this lady, it isn’t enough. She’s an absolute star.

Thank you so much for all of your help Dawn, and we can’t wait for our new Dining Table and chairs.

Helpful, understood our budget.

Ash was very helpful and kind. A very positive experience overall!

Staff very helpful

A big thankyou to Ash, very freindly and helpful
a really good experience, not pressured in anyway, gave us time to have a think, we felt very at ease with his sales manner and our purchase , thankyou again Ash .

Went in to the store today to have a look at mattresses for a new bed frame arriving in a few weeks. We discussed our needs and what we liked and didn’t like, these were discussed with Ash who was very kind and his customer service was great. We settled for a new mattress after some back and forward on our part. But we settled and not pressured into buying or upselling.

Ash from Rugby is fantastic! So patient and accommodating and demonstrates excellent professionalism and customer service! 21 stars because 5 isn’t enough.

Alan was absolutely brilliant he was very professional had a fantastic sense of humour I described what we wanted and he immediately found the perfect match couldn’t recommend him highly enough

Good deal, fast delivery, no complaints. Dawn was great.

I knew what I wanted as had previously checked out my needs. Whilst the salesperson was helpful there was too much red tape and promotion of care products. It should be a simple transaction buying a table and chairs. I was also unhappy that cost of delivery was not mentioned.

Quality service. Looking forward to recieving the goods later this year.

Excellent service this is the second time we have purchased from the furniture village and would highly recommend them.

When we went back in a 2nd time Raj recognised and remembered us and we wanted him to serve us as we felt like he really understood what we were looking for.
He was very friendly and helpful and we even had a laugh.

We were welcomed & offered a drink when we entered the store,
Our requirements were discussed but
We were left alone to wander & try the furniture .
Dawn was very helpful & offered us advice when we found a couple of suites we liked but were not pressured when we decided leave the store to think through our options.
When we returned the financial package was discussed & paperwork completed & a good deal done .
Thank you

Once again we left the store buying more than we had originally gone in for. The staff are all very obliging and are quick to help us out. As usual, Greg pushed his way to the front of the queue to get the sales....no strong arm tactics involved. Although he did need help taking the sideboard out to the car!!
We do thoroughly enjoy shopping in furniture Village and would recommend the Rugby branch to everyone.
