Furniture Village - Reading Arvostelua 

Very well displayed showroom with plenty of choice and price ranges. Had already visited a couple of times as it takes time to ensure right decision. Was initially helped by Marky but he was due to transfer to a different store so today I was assisted by Mohsin Khan, again very helpful, gave you time and didn't make you feel under pressure, much like Marky. Purchasing process was straightforward and fully explained. Overall, a very positive experience.

Valentino was very helpful and friendly - even giving our children ice lollies on a very hot day! We are very excited to get our lovely new table and chairs.

Friendly and informative regarding our needs.Valentino was great at answering all our questions my only slight criticism was that the app for tracking the delivery was not working and I did have to keep altering my work day because of it. However when it was delivered Rob and his assistant were very efficient and friendly.

Very bad aervuce by your staff member Valentiono.
He was rude,cutting out, not listening properly to our queries.
We were buying expensive stuff and he didnt bother to ask us any drink or any thing for out of courtesy,
If you go to other retailers theu always ask for refreshments.
I have no idea where is my order is.
I haven't got any email.
So disappointed

Had a lovely experience shopping for a new sofa to outfit our new house. We were helped by the amazing Marky Pitt who was extremely helpful and very kind throughout the whole process.

I ordered my wardrobes a long time ago. FV rang and booked them to be delivered and fitted at my home on the 15th of April 2026.
When the fitters arrived, they put one set together, but a major part of the build was broken so they couldnt put the second set together.
I hadnt heard anything about the broken part being replaced and my wardrobes being build for over 2 weeks so i called them. 3 days later they email me saying they want photos of the damaged part. I am very, very unhappy that this is taking so long, and not even an apology or talk of a new date.
I am so disappointed with Furniture Village and the way this matter has been dealt with.
