A helpful and informative guide of possible armchairs and sofas on show, and was shown a really good selection of options to suit our needs, the overall experience and offers given made the experience and subsequent purchase an overall good shopping experience. Dan our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a mattress.

Terrible experience I lost my car due to not affording the repairs I had no family left living to help me get from Christchurch to Poole store to get my deposit back they still have months later and it’s £500 they have kept it and without getting a lift not able to get there I could if they paid me back so I could get a taxi but no they have kept it ! Never ever use again they will get your money
