Rob Sharman as fantastic he was helpful, knowledgeable,polite and friendly. We came to buy a rug and he took the time to show us how they look on the floor rather than the hanger. Big difference! We are pleased with our purchases. He also double checked our paperwork attention to detail. We also bought a clearance light, very happy. Orpington branch Sevenoaks way.

When we first visited the store we were welcomed by friendly staff who directed us where to go and look for what we wanted as it's quitec a big store.
We decided what we liked and came home hoping to come soon to place an order.
We received a very encouraging voicemail from Rob asking to attend the store so he could help and advise on our choice.
When we arrived he was very helpful with regards to our choice and showed us other similar items for comparison.
There was no pressure selling to buy straight away. He was advising us about the product in detail and what colour is the best match etc.
He demonstrated excellent knowledge, courtesy and patience. He was very busy moving chairs from one table to another just to see show us how it matches and looks overall.Because of his initiative, we chose a totally different product which we thought was much better than the one we chose originally. Rob has this great quality that the customer always comes first and must be happy what they like. He certainly showed that by helping us to make the right decision.
We felt very relaxed with Rob as he went out if his way to help us. He is an asset to your company.

We ordered table and chairs with a promise of 7 day delivery. It's now been 14 days and we are still waiting. The 7 day promise on certain items is not true

The showroom was set out well and we fell in love with a sofa at the front, Barbara introduced herself and said she was here if we needed her, we ask if we could have a look round on our own with no pressure! Barbara was kind enough to allow us to look round on our own and we still loved the sofa at the front, Barbara made us a coffee and answered all the questions we had, we then purchased the lovely sofa. Thank you Barbara for making buying our sofa such a pleasure, with NO PRESSURE. We will be back soon to look at more items. Thanks again :)

We had a great experience! Found the sofa for our new home. Rob from Springvale Retail Park was very welcoming and informative.

After receiving an email from the depot the day before delivery stating date and time item was out for delivery on the day received a phone call (at 7am) that the driver was outside the property but getting no answer. I rang the depot back and after some checking at their end was told the item wasn't even on the van and it was an error at the depot with there loading sheet/schedule. However the Item was eventually delivered 2 days later, promptly on the date/time given and the 2 delivery persons who assembled the item were extremely personable and professional.

Very happy customer felt at ease , assisted had time and patience while I made my mind up, and was extremely polite.
