Easy to order on line and, as I had a query regarding the sofa I'd ordered, the Customer Service team were very helpful. Slight deduction was for the website not detailing what is included in the "Free Power Upgrade".

From start to finish I experienced great customer service, helpful and polite, I needed to change two chairs for a bench after the initial delivery due to a space issue, this was no problem, very pleased overall.
