Furniture Village - Guildford Arvostelua 

We recently ordered a new dining table and chairs for our home from Furniture Village, and the experience so far has been excellent. Konstantinos has been brilliant throughout the process—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through our choices and answering all our questions.

His customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’re really looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture and can’t wait to see it in our home. Thank you, Konstantinos, for all your help! Highly recommended.

Visited the store with a broad criteria for new 3 piece suite in our heads. We explored a number of variations with John, the sales person and eventually arrived at a solution. Without pressing he gave options, showed us different examples and made helpful suggestions. Not the first time we’ve visited FV and have always had great service.

David was very helpful and found the perfect bed for me! Very attentive and made the process very easy

Gary was an inspiration to deal with at the Guildford branch… He guided us and assisted my daughter with buying her new furniture for apartment from start to finish.

Connor and Raz delivered our son’s double bed early this morning. We are extremely pleased with their service - courteous, friendly, efficient, professional and excellent all round. Never knew a bed could be put together so quickly!
Connor especially was very kind and ensured that everything was in order and that we were left with all the instructions and knew how to pop the safety lock on in the future.
He even took the time to show our young son how to lift his storage piece up and down and what to watch out for. Checked all the walls to/ from the bedroom and made sure we were happy with where the bed was placed. Special touches like allowing space around the side to access plug sockets was also appreciated.
Very pleased with their service - they really did roll out the red-carpet! And our son is thrilled with his new bed. HUGE thank you to you both!

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent service. This is the 2nd large purchase from Furniture Village will always go to them first you can always guarantee the quality.

Great product and competitive price

I was able to sit in the sofa and choose colours. I had advice from the sales person in an unhurried way and while buying the furniture I enjoyed a latte and cookie. The whole process was at my own pace. Gary Eaton was patient and had great advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I shopped in the Guildford branch and they couldn't do enough for me.
October 2024, I spent about £7,000 and was promised a free mattress protector and pillows.
This was over 18 months ago. I've made several queries, the last being October 2025 but I am still waiting and they have stopped responding to my messages.
It's as if they loose interest once they have your money.
I wouldn't have minded if they had not made any promises, but they did, and I felt like I was begging every time I asked.
The telephone staff were also quite rude.
I certainly will not be shopping there again.

However this branch was really good. Marcel and John very helpful and professional. Two different products purchased. Marcel on 12th May and John 27th May.

Great support from your worker good explanations and being left to make our own choices without any sales pressure

Margaret made the options, features, benefits and cost comparisons very clear hence she made my decision making process very easy. She was patient and tolerant responding logically to every option she had presented for me to consider. The decision to purchase was made and I felt so secure in her competent hands that I returned the following day to make a second purchase.
