Darhys Nugent at your Gillingham store provided excellent customer service.
He was extremely helpful and patient whilst we narrowed down our choices to a preferred option. He the explained without ever being pushy our range of choices. We were impressed with his product knowledge and answering all of our many questions. This will be our 2nd settee from Furniture Village and would happily recommend to both friends and family.

In all fairness it was a bank holiday, however we were still rushed quite a bit; it felt like we were talking to a customer assistant bot rather than a human. We also wasn’t offered a drink at any point, while others were… Short and sweet.

Had a very good experience with furniture village. The guy called Clive has been very patient with me. I’ve changed the colour of the sofa that I ordered and then changed the sofa that I ordered and he has been smiling all the time. Very happy with my experience and he’s a very genuine kind man.

There is soo much to choose from it is great! We found the sofa and table and chairs we loved!
The sales consultants we all very helpful. Kami explained the differences between the sofas we were looking at and work out which would be best for us. He also assisted us when we were looking at the tables. He was awesome!Thank you!
