Really great advice and customer service from Tushar, he couldn't have been more helpful. Our sofa, rugs and tables were delivered on time, and we are very happy with them. Excellent range, priced fairly for the quality.

Knowing what I wanted. But the sales, assistant taking the chairs from Dow stairs to upstairs so I could see on table previously bought from yourselves was so appreciated. I was not sure until I saw, it in place. Sales assistant was, very friendly and did show me two alternatives to make sure I was sure.

Bipin was a huge help for us finding a suitable replacement mattress and did so with patience and good humour! Great service!

We recently visited the Croydon branch of Furniture Village and had a very positive experience. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and the showroom offered an excellent range of furniture with plenty of choice.

Harold, who assisted us, was particularly impressive. He was patient, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look around and consider the different options. At no stage did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Instead, he answered our questions honestly and guided us through the decision-making process in a friendly and professional manner.

Overall, an excellent customer experience, and we would certainly recommend the Croydon branch to anyone looking for quality furniture and attentive service.
