We had Bass and Marc, 2 amazingly helpful gentleman who where polite and helpful and put everything together with no fuss and even moved bits around to how we wanted with ease. They are a credit to the company. Thank you

I had been having trouble choosing a bed and mattress for some time but Isabela really helped me make my decision, she was very patient made me and my mum a coffee and offered a cookie. Helped carry the products out to the car. A real credit to your company. My mum wants to now purchase a sofa and a bed from furniture village. Thank you so much for helping make a tough decision.

Appalling. Told after 4 weeks they have no record of my missing wardrobe parts and it will be at least another 7 weeks wait. This is despite me contacting them daily for updates on when the parts will arrive. Do not shop here - you will be conned and end up paying for tat.

We have been dealing with 'FV' escalation team - my experience for 5-months with no satisfaction. We have had 4 visits from Emmiera to fix problems but still have problems. I have asked for escalation to Senior Management but this never happens. FV wants us to go away, paying full price for a faulty sofa.

We were warmly welcomed by Andrew, who was both polite and attentive to our needs while we searched for the perfect sofa. He took the time to guide us through the available materials and explained everything clearly, making the entire purchasing process smooth and effortless. We've used Furniture Village for years and the quality, although a little expensive, has always been excellent. During this visit, and the one a few days earlier, we were greeted pleasantly on arrival. Jon, who took our order was organised, knew about the business, informed us of issues which we may endure regarding delivery, as a result of the world's situation, and our requirements were met within half an hour. The store was clean and well laid out. Would have enjoyed a coffee though had it been offered as was in the store on Hove.

We ordered a table recently from the Crawley branch, and I have to say the customer services was appalling. We spoke to one agent who said they could do us a deal, but then referred us to another colleague who said that's the final price. The staff kept walking off, in fact during processing the order the guy gets up
from the desk as he's taking our details and leaves. So I called the original guy back to help us and told him the other guy just walked
off and he said oh he's gone to the toilet. He could have told us. In store purchases cannot be refunded so be aware of this, if u like the item buy it online so u have the opportunity to return it. Improve your customer service and buying experience given your products are over priced compared to other further stores.

Andrew was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. We appreciated that he was helpful without being pushy, which made the whole experience relaxed and straightforward. Great customer service!

The sales person 'Dean' is incredible. Great asset to the company i felt valued as a returning customer. My experience was personalised. Coming ba k for more furniture.

The product seemed of high quality. However the delivery drivers were unable to assemble it properly and suggested there was a manufacturing fault. They also refused to take it back. I contacted customer services who asked me to send photographs which I did. Several weeks later still waiting for a reply. Customer experience was awful.

I went in to look for a recliner chair found the sales guy very informative and knowledgeable
And found what I needed and a deal was done and even organised the delivery to our timeframe

I ordered a sofa from Furniture Village in mid-December. The delivery itself was reasonably quick and it arrived in February as expected.

However, when the sofa arrived, the delivery team could not get it through the door because it was too large. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional £180 to arrange another company to help move it inside.

What was frustrating is that when the other company arrived, they simply opened the sofa and separated it into two parts, which allowed it to fit through the door easily. This makes me question why the sofa was not delivered in separate sections in the first place.

It feels like this is something Furniture Village should already know, as many homes in the UK have standard door sizes that cannot accommodate very large sofas in one piece. Having to pay an extra £180 for something that could have been handled during the original delivery was quite disappointing.

Overall the product is fine, but the delivery process and handling of the situation could definitely have been better.

The customer service was excellent, with a reply by phone the day after I sent an email. I spoke with Gabriel, who understood what we needed to resolve our issue, and took the time to go back to higher management twice, eventually agreeing to phone back when he had a final answer. Which he did, under an hour later!
