We asked if they had what we were looking for they directed us up stairs when we asked if they had a lift they directed us to the lift and we found just what we wanted someone said I will get someone to help you then we were offered a drink and deposit was paid no hassle at all thank you

We purchased our 2 sofas just over 2 years ago and thought we had invested well for comfort for years to come. Unfortunately we were wrong.
After about 12 months our cushions were very uncomfortable to sit on so we contacted the so called customer support service.
The laughing gentleman told us didn’t you know you had to turn your cushions over to reduce compression.
Yes we did know that and have been doing so.
Try unzipping them overnight to allow some air back into the foam - ok we will try anything because at this stage we are both sitting on the floor as it’s more comfortable.
Well to cut a long story short 3 years of back and fourth and just over £3000 later the so called customer support service has said there is nothing wrong with them and they will not even offer replacement cushions.
Ok that’s fine, we will go elsewhere and buy our own but also we will let other customers know of our experience so hopefully they do not fall into the same trap that we did.
Unprofessional service - rubbish quality cushions but a great salesman, at least they are getting something right.

Had all my furniture delivered today, the furniture is beautiful. We bought the Myra 3 seater and 2 chairs as well as the mirage dining table, chairs and sideboard.
The delivery men kept in touch with us and were very professional in the delivery and fitting of it all.

Called in today to view dining room table and chairs and was approached by a very polite Terry who spent some time with me showing me various designs. Nothing was too much trouble he put me at ease straight away. This is my first time at Furniture Village and it certainly will not be my last.

I bought a table and chairs today from furniture village and was helped today by Terry who explained everything in great detail and helped us to finalise the purchase. Happy guy who put us at ease and helped us over the finishing line. A great help 5 stars 🌟

Absolutely fantastic! We've been looking for a sofa for weeks and Johnny and Terry are not just sales staff - we walked in and within 1h walked out with a sofa to be delivered in up to 7 days ! How amazing!

We had a really great experience with Terry in the Chester branch had previously been in to have a look to get an idea of what it was we wanted. When we had decided we went back and Terry was on hand to help us complete our order nothing was to much trouble for him and everything went smoothly.

I was looking for a new sofa set and the salesman Morgan Sing was absolutely brilliant. A true accolade to the business. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very informative. The quality of furniture in store was also very impressive which made spending my money with furniture village a very easy decision. Thank again Morgan!!!

Terry was helpful and explained all options to us thoroughly and explained the purchase process which enabled us to place our order today, he was friendly, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service received.
Ordered a dining room table and chairs mid 2025. Paid for the extended care and had to make a claim for a small chip, which they couldn’t repair so we were issued a voucher. All good, new voucher used on new table & chairs. The table arrived damaged (noticed by delivery guy) so a replacement table (3rd now!) arrived….. different colour to the one we ordered, and damaged!!
I paid outright for this - just over £2300. FV collected table 3 left use without any furniture from the order, and without any refund, so we are £2300 out of pocket. Some people would call that THEFT, but that’s not a word I’d like to use at this point……
Weeks & weeks, & Hours and hours of calls later and were advised we can have a full cash refund which we accepted…… no refund received. Instead we were advised we could have another voucher for a table & chairs…. Now, we have kids so we had to buy a table from a different retailer - we were getting a full refund after all. Cue next call from furniture village - we will provide a credit note for the original value, but must be used on table and chairs - no full refund as previously advised. We are quite happy with the other table and chairs we now have from the other retailer, so asked for the credit note to allow any furniture. This was approved and sent to our local store in Chester. We popped in, ordered a new sofa, paid a little extra on top. All good you’d think, but now the FV chester staff don’t know how to process the order…… almost two weeks after us placing the order……
No reply to my e-mails.
Never call back when they say they will
Take my money and leave me without the furniture.

Please do yourselves a favour and AVOID this company. It’s really not worth the hassle.
