Furniture Village - Bristol Arvostelua 

This is my second side board that has been delivered after waiting about 9 more weeks to find that yet again it was damaged. It seems that quality control in the manufacturing factories isn’t quite where it needs to be!!! I know it’s not the sales team and the delivery teams fault but it all seems to be all about quality control of the product.
The after sale person Kiran was very helpful and wasn’t at all pushy in making me accept some money off and understood my concerns so he arranged for a third delivery with no complaints at all. Thanks again to Kiran.

DO NOT BUY: £3,660k Sofa Set Faded to Nothing in 2.5 Years! ⚠️

I purchased two green leather sofas from this company for over £3,660. Despite strictly following all their recommended care instructions, the leather colour has faded drastically.

Because it's past their 2-year manufacturer's warranty, they are completely washing their hands of the issue and refusing to help. Their marketing happily boasts that the internal frames and functions will last for 20 years, but that is entirely irrelevant when the cosmetic colour of the leather only lasts 2.5 years (a mere 12.5% of the expected lifespan).

A £3,660 investment should last far longer than this. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of "satisfactory quality" and "fit for purpose" for up to six years in the UK (five years in Scotland). The retailer's refusal to resolve a clear manufacturing fault on such an expensive item is a complete infringement of my statutory consumer rights.

Beware before you buy—they will happily take your money, but they do not stand behind the quality of their products.

I found the shop experience quite good the first salesman we spoke too wasn’t very interested and disappeared but we decided what we wanted and the second person did our order for us.
We had a visit from your in store designer regarding furniture for a bedroom that I am planning to turn into a fitted dressing room.
She was very pleasant but her design was very basic and not what I wanted.
Lastly the delivery/ fitters turned up at the ridiculously early time of 06.40 in the morning.
They were pleasant and efficient but I’ve never had furniture delivered at that time of the day before.

The salesman didn't harass us in any way , he just let us have a look round.He did answer any questions we asked him .

There was no pressure sales. We were left to look around on our own, but there was always staff you could find to answer your questions. Jamie was very pleasant and very helpful it was a pleasure to be served by him.

Great selection of quality furniture at very reasonable prices. James was really knowledgable and helpful and we purchased a lovely dining table through him. Only downside was a 5 to 7 week delivery - but highly recommend James and Furniture Village at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.

James Bailey was very friendly informative and knowledgeable about our wants.
Total none pushy and left us alone to look after showing us different options.

Utah sofas but useless charger. Why have these useful items put into the sofa, if they are not included in the insurance. Very careful with my furniture and looked after well. Just be aware.

I was listened to when I explained that they would not be able to get the larger sofa through the front door in an upended position and they needed to bring it through on it’s side.

Alex was amazing. Such a lovely young man. Could not have been more helpful. Sorted out delivery which I must say is exceptional. Customer service is probably the best I’ve experienced in a very long time so well done to the company implementing and putting customer service a priority.

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of and attended to with professional staff. We did have to wait a little longer than expected but definitely worth the wait. We need an awkward size sofa and were able to order exactly what we wanted in the size we needed. The delivery of the sofa were considerate and quick In fitting Fantastic experience
