Furniture Village - Aintree Arvostelua 

Waited a good few weeks for my sofa to arrive I was in work when it was delivered got home to find the legs on the sofa was not the ones I ordered and had a long discussion in the shop why I needed to change the sofa legs purely no communication very disappointed

Lovely experience staff are brilliant went thought everything with me just wait on my table & chairs now

One of the assistants welcomed us and asked if we needed help. He then gave us some information and left us to look around. We both felt very comfortable browsing. When we made our decision. We spoke to the same assistant. He answered all our queries and made the ordering of the sofa simple and straightforward.

We called in for a quick look at the dining sets at 4pm on a Sunday. We just hadn’t got round to looking at the sales post Christmas. We realised it was the last day of sales. Doug approached us and helped us with what we were looking for. We bought a dining set just before the store closed. In fact we were the last customers and everyone was waiting to close up & go home. Doug was very very helpful. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend shopping there.

Assistant was very helpful not overbearing didn't feel pressured

The gentleman who helped us was lovely.He made us feel very relaxed and was not pushy.He answered all our questions.I am sorry I didn't get his name.Ordered sofa and two chairs hope the delivery and set up is a great experience too.

I’ve contacted about an amendment and have been told over two days of contacting that id get an email to confirm this. I’m still waiting. This is important to me as I have no written evidence that the amendment was completed in the 48hr window.

Your staff left us to browse at our own leisure when we had chosen our furniture your sales person was absolutely brilliant couldn't help us enough.

Couldn't get through to then on phone lines, no reply regarding a call back when I left my details. Bought a sofa which stated delivery in time for Christmas but didn't arrive until January with no apology.

Lauren at Aintree Retail Park was knowledgeable and helpful. Buying process was quick and efficient.

Paige p was very helpful and supportive when dealing with our issue regarding the suit we had delivered with two rips in. She was efficient and quickly sorted out the issue and put my mind at ease with a email to confirm the cash back alternative we chose would not effect the insurance we took out on the furniture. She was lovely each time she followed up the calls and always very helpful.

Once we found a sofa we could agree upon, Mat Brimage FV sales rep made the rest easy for us to sort out the payments, insurance and care and sweetened the deal a bit. Straight forward, no sales B/S and open to negotiation. Exactly what I need when spending circa 4k with a company. We bought our last sofa with you 8 years ago and it’s been punished by our two sons- I would recommend FV to others. Only shame being we didn’t know we could bring our dog who will also be benefiting from a new sofa.
Thank you Mat and thank you FV for having a compromise in sofas we didn’t find elsewhere. Kids were placated by the free hot chocolate and cookies - do not get rid of this - both times it’s really helped.
