Not too good to start with. Salesperson didn't have a clue! Spoke with the sales manager (Simon i think) who was extremely helpful and accomodating. Also the salesperson who went through our order, payment, delivery etc was most helpful and polite! Have been buying from there since the store opened.

I visited furniture village 2 days back and was really impressed. The staff was really professional, they let me see all the stuff freely, didn't pushed me to buy, but I bought a sofa, its looking really great in our house and its quality is also impressive

The sales executive that I dealt with at the Abingdon branch was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would give him 10 out of 10 for customer services. I can't comment on delivery yet as I have ordered bespoke furniture. I would rate my experience so far as excellent and would consider further purchase from this store.

We purchased a 6 seater dining table and chairs ,chairs are Monza chairs vintage grey, it was over 4 years ago but paid over £2000 for it. The chairs are completely worn on every corner of back of chairs. Bearing in mind we have only 2 people living in our home and the chairs are hardly used, I believe this fabric to be totally inferior. I telephoned customer service today to be told frames of Chairs have a 20 year guarantee but fabric only 2 years. I would have expected any purchase from your company to last more than 4 years.

The staff were really knowledgeable and pleased to talk to us, with absolutely no pushing to get a sale. Everyone seemed really happy to be there, and the allowed us plenty of space to look around and find what we liked.

We ordered a bed and it took 6 months to complete

Greeted by a lovely Lady, but not harassed, able to walk around uninterrupted. Made our choice, ordered, paid all with ease and politeness. This was a returning visit bought from them before always treated well and with respect. Would recommend them.

Every one was helpful and friendly, from Philip the sales person to Reef and Chris the delivery people. The furniture was assembled and all the packaging taken away very efficiently, a big thank to them all.
