Frooition Arvostelua

We contacted Frooition when we needed to create an eBay store to replicate our own webstore. Simon, my designer did a great job creating an eBay store that replicate the feeling of our webstore. We received regular emails with updates on the design of the store. If there were any changes that was requested, Simon did them very quickly and paid attention to all instructions. Overall, extremely pleased with the service, process and results. Will recommend.

we use it for our sfelectronics.biz and its great

So glad I chose Frooition to help us with our new web site design. From start to finish, their team was very professional in helping me. The first design they sent me was a true fit for our company. We have received a ton of positive feedback from our sales team as well as our customers. Also after the web site was uploaded and live, the web design team helped me adjust any issues we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Frooition!

As an eBay seller, Frooition is hands down the best company to work with. We wasted time and money trying to go the cheap route - you get what you pay for! Frooition made us realize the long-term benefits of this investment, and made it a no-brainer for us. The redesign of our store has created more sales, more efficiency, and has already paid for itself. Andrew at Frooition was great to work with, very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this to any seller looking to update their store for the 2017 eBay coding standards and grow their online sales

Really pleased with the early results. 3 months in and sales up around 40% having only done the basics, sure there will be more to come when using all features available. Service paid for itself inside 6 weeks.

I have used this company twice now for an eBay store design. I would recommend to not go anywhere else. This company is professional and does all their work in a timely manner, with so many rogue companies out there, don't take the risk and get it done right the first time.

My designer Gareth at Frooition was amazing!! Our new EBay store design is incredible and sets a new standard in EBay store design. Extremely pleased with the process and the final result. Frooition also applied a template across all of my listings so we are compliant for the new EBay active content requirements (coming mid 2017). A great value!! Thank you Frooition! A+++++ Highly recommended! Outstanding!

This is the second time we have used Frooition, for our Ebay store and template redesign, and it cant get any better , they grasped the feel of our business with their design suggestions , and implemented the install effectively and swiftly.
I can not thank Kelvin and Greg enough for the work carried out , and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

I have 3 stores built by these guys in 3 different languages. All are at top level quality and work great. The most impressive aspect about frooition for me was the fast response and being able to work with Kim the designer to make sure we got the store we exactly wanted. Overall a great company.

This is the second time we have used Frooition. The first time was to design our eBay store and the second time was to re brand our store inline with our new website.

Kelvin, our account manager has been a pleasure to work with and the designers have also done a great job too!

We received regular emails with updates on the steps being taken on the store. If we had any questions or ideas they were quickly answered and incorporated. Needless to say the entire experience was a pleasant one thanks to the huge effort put in by the Frooition team.

As mentioned above, this is our second time we have used Frooition and we attribute the growth in our sales down to their hard work and dedication to our ebay store.

Thanks!

These guys designed our eBay template.

Once we were financially committed we were left high n dry!

The template didn't easily function with our existing data. The effort taken to deal with this (by us alone as they did not want to know) was eminence.

Best advice is see working examples with YOUR data before you pay!!

This is the second time we have used Frooition. The first time was to design our eBay store which we were over the moon with so coming back to them again to design our website was a no-brainer.

Gareth, our designer for this project was brilliant. We received regular emails with updates on the steps being taken on the website. If we had any questions or ideas they were quickly answered and incorporated. Needless to say the entire experience was a pleasant one thanks to the huge effort put in by the Frooition team.

As mentioned above, this is our second time we have used Frooition and they have blown us away yet again. The quality of service for the price is second to non.

Thanks!

My website needed a redesign, but I didn't want to break the bank. I found Frooition by doing a web search, and to be honest I was hesitant to go with them. But the price was great, and I decided to give it a shot. In the end, I had a great experience with Frooition, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
These guys are good at what they do, but there were a couple of things that really stood out.
1. They were flexible. They added some features that were outside the scope of what they normally offer.
2. After the project was complete and I had paid in full, I changed my mind about a few things and asked if they could make some changes. Normally, a company would charge you extra, or make you enter into a new contract. Frooition made the changes, and didn't charge me anything even though the project was technically complete.
3. They're very responsive. If they do something that doesn't look right to you, don't worry about it. Just let them know, and they fix it, change it, come up with some ideas to make it work better etc. This is very important with projects like web design.

The first time I reached out to Andrew Evens, a Frooition sales manager, I was immediately impressed with the responsiveness of the company and its representatives. Andrew was helpful with everything I asked throughout the process of building our new eBay store for Pro Tested Gear. Frooition is very good at keeping clients informed about the project status and timeline. Our Designer, Hannah Morris, was great about responding to specific concerns throughout the design and buildout phase of the project. These guys are very professional and I would recommend the service to anyone looking to take their e-commerce presence to the next level. Cheers!

When i first inquired about working with Frooition i was hesitant.
Andrew gave me the confidence i needed to trust Frooition with my E-Commerce business.
He went the extra mile even after i signed to make sure that i was all set up and did so by applying templates even when he didnt need to.
For this i am grateful and would recommend Frooition to anyone looking to boost sales!

This was the second company I have worked with for our eBay store design and Frooition was absolutely top notch! From the very beginning, communication was immediate and consistent. Complete and thorough instructions were given and I always knew what design step my store was at. In addition, my designer Kim really listened to what I was looking for in a design and completed it perfectly by the second round of edits. All questions, edits and tweaks were amended within 24hrs, even on the weekend! My sales rep Andy was also exemplary, keeping in touch throughout the process and addressing my questions immediately. He helped me troubleshoot an issue of application within Channel Advisor and the problem was resolved right away. In a nutshell, I would say that Frooition is a fantastic company. They truly have their ducks in a row and made my experience simple and easy. Their designs are exceptional and attention to detail for the entire customer experience is second-to-none. I would recommend them to anyone!

Frooition redesigned our eBay store as well as our listings templates. The redesign was efficient and very professional. High quality work. The Frooition software is very robust and always great control over the item templates, store, and listings. After the redesign was complete Frooition helped us migrate our old listings to the new template.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone from a small to large business setting out on eBay. The level of professionalism and helpfulness from the staff is unparalleled. The deadlines were all met early and the results were better than I expected.

Many thanks

I wish this survey let me do 6 stars! These guys did a great job! Andrew and his team have been extremely responsive to helping us make minor adjustments to our initial design. They did a very good job of conveying what our business is and making the ebay store look like our web store.

We have had great comments back from customers and they have found the search boxes easy to use.

Money well spent! We love our "professional" looking store!
