The final website looks very good and professional, however the development process was frustrating in some aspects.

During the development, the website was sent for review several times with visible formatting errors, such as inconsistent font sizes between lines and small details that should have been checked before sending the work to the client. Because of this I had to request corrections multiple times.

Another issue was related to payment. The initial agreement was a deposit at the beginning and the remaining balance upon final delivery. However, during some conversations about adjustments or project progress I was asked to pay the remaining balance before the project was completed.

Despite these issues during the process, I do recognise that the final website looks very good and professional. However, the development could have been handled with more attention to detail and better organisation.

I really liked the logo and branding they designed for me. It looks very professional, stylish, and perfectly matches the brand’s identity. The colors, design, and overall concept were executed beautifully, making the brand truly stand out. Excellent work! 👍

It took more than a dozen phone sessions to finalise my website, partly because the web designer responsible for my project kept changing. I was pleased with the final outcome but now there is no after-sales service, they refuse to process updates, which is shoddy/ unprofessional, to say the least.
