I love your watches
I love your watches. You have made me a huge fan. I recently purchased my 3rd watch with you guys and accidentally order a duplicate strap. I emailed the team immediately and didn’t receive a response for over two days. Due to the late response I was shipped a strap I already had. Granted this was my fault but living in California, sending a strap overseas was going to cost me $160 to send to your team. I emailed support and asked if I could purchase a return label from the company, as this would be cheaper. The support team simply told me to buy the correct strap I needed. My recommendation would be to faster reply times as my mistake could have being easily avoidable. I still plan on staying a loyal customer, but that experience didn’t sit well.
