I purchased a shirt from Fred Perry and was disappointed with the quality, so I decided to return it. Initially, they stated that I would have to cover the return postage, which goes against consumer law. After raising this, they agreed to reimburse the return costs.

However, once the item was returned, they went back on their word and refused to cover the postage. This is a clear breach of agreement and highlights extremely poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Fred Perry based on this experience.

I spoke with Katerina and I have to say that she is a credit to their organisation. I myself am from a customer service background and know from many years’ of experience that in Katerina they have an absolute gem. She was beautifully courteous, prompt, helpful to the nth degree and superbly professional. Very rarely do I bother with reviews, but I feel compelled to give Katerina a glowing report. Outstanding support to myself and, in all honesty, I arrived to them as an extremely disgruntled customer (not from Fred Perry, but another dealer of their stock) and Katerina left me feeling rather upbeat and positive, with a further option to explore the issues I have. Fred perry.com pessima spedizione e tempi nonveritieri! Tre giorni per ricevere un pacco e ho pagato 10 euro per UPS che sul sito dicevano avrei ricevuto in 2 giorni. Poca serietà ! Mai più fred perry.
Naturalmente si deve fare l'ordine entro una data ora, cosa che io ho fatto come da loro conferma:"Vedo che il tuo ordine è stato effettuato ieri dopo le 15:00; ciò significa che il tuo ordine verrà consegnato entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi la prossima settimana". Ma davvero trattate così la clientela???

I currently have over 30 FP T and polo shirts and over the years must have had well into the hundreds.
But, I'm now done with them, the same issue happens with the vast majority, holes start at the back of the neck where the label is stitched in.
This has always happened, but didn't really care if I got 10 to 15 wears before having to throw it out. But my most recent 3 purchases have all holed on the 2nd wash., so thats another £200 in the bin.... enough is enough

Just received my fred perry large towel black/ camel 100% cotton. Its a beautiful towel. Quality product but the price was very very high. I hope fred perry in the future do give discounts like other retailers. They just give discounts in store which is not ideal as a lot of people prefer to shop online. Delivery was quite fast.received it in a couple of days. I had to pay £3.50 for delivery as well so not happy with that. Its not a cheap product

habe 2 Shirts bestellt, anprobiert und wieder auf meine Kosten zurückgeschickt. Dann kommt die Email dass ein Shirt nicht zurückgenommen werden kann weil da ein Fleck ist, was überhaupt nicht sein kann, von zweiten Shirt keine Erwähnung! Jetzt geht das Ganze zum Anwalt!

I have bought loads of Fred Perry t-shirts over the years without issues. I've recently bought a t-shirt which developed a hole, after only 5 wears, where the t-shirt touches my belt. It seems the quality is very poor and a very thin, weak cotton. I've worn the same belt for years and never had this issue with Fred Perry, or many other brands. I expect a bit more from a premium brand. Customer service looked at the photos I sent over and decided the hole was due to external factors and not something they'll replace/discount. It will certainly stop me buying any more Fred Perry t-shirts. I understand the hole is from where it touches my belt, but they definitely should withstand more than 5 wears, and they definitely have in the past. I have Fred Perry t-shirts that are years old and still going strong!

Excellent and professional customer service from a member of the team in the Gunwhalf quays store..I believe her name was rio.i was a little unsure of a price and thought it over my budget on a mens jacket.Rio took the time to discuss the item and gave me options..She then went and saw if I could get further discount which was possible I was so pleased because I loved that jacket..I left feeling very happy.please pass on my thanks to Rio for her wonderful customer service.kind regards Adrian

J'ai du mal à comprendre les avis. J'achète des articles Fred Perry depuis 20 ans bientôt, et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Je dois avoir une soixantaine de pièces et la qualité est vraiment au top. J'ai des polos que j'ai acheté en 2009, des pulls en 2010, des cardigans, des chemises etc. les polos et les pulls ont été lavés plusieurs fois et ni leur aspect, ni leur couleur ont changé d'un iota. On croirait que je les ai acheté hier.

Fred Perry, j'adore et je continuerai d'acheter cette marque. Quand je vois certaines marques dites de luxe qui vendent des articles deux fois plus cher que Fred Perry et que la qualité laisse à désirer, je me dis que Fred Perry, c'est tout bonnement le meilleur compromis qui soit.....pour moi en ce qui me concerne

Ich habe etwas im Sale gekauft, 2 vers. Grössen gleichen Artikels, da es bei mir immer zw. S-M schwankt. Lieferung ging ratz-fatz.
1 Größe behalten, retouniert, ruck-zuck war der Betrag erstattet.

Great experience with the after sales service. I got my parcel with a damaged box and Katerina assisted me from the very beginning. She could kindly manage the situation, she located a new box and I was able to give my present in mint condition.

Evri lost the parcel, contacted Fred Perry and they arranged a replacement for the next working day. Really good communication and responded same day as I contacted them.

Please avoid this retailer. . They have changed the returns provider to yodel
In doing this the returns are no longer safe. I had to wait 2 months for my money back because a parcel was stolen. No attempt or apology nothing. Avoid

I have been proudly purchasing and wearing Fred Perry clothing for a long time. Over Christmas myself and my wife went to Manchester shopping, one of the stores we wanted to go in was Fred Perry store, which we did.
I purchased 2 polo shirts, one made in England for £100, the other cost £75.00.
After 1 wash, following the washing and drying advice on the tag within the shirts, both polo shirts shrunk and no longer fitted me. One of my sons liked the £75 shirt which I gave him. I wanted a replacement or refund
for the other one and contacted Fred Perry, this was at the end of December, The tops were purchased on the 21st of December. Since my initial email asking for advice on there have been almost 20 emails backwards and forwards, I have sent them photographs of the shirt, labels, washing instructions,measurements etc. They are now asking me to send the shirt, at my own expense to their quality control team in its original condition, it has been washed and shrunk! Then their QC manager will inspect the item and make a decision. What on earth. Keep my money. I will never purchase any Fred Perry clothing again.this is the first time ever that I have tried to have an item replaced.
Very dissaponted with Fred Perry. I will now have to decide my clothing of choice to replace Fred Perry, lol.

Habe mir Schuhe in Größe 44 EU bestellt, aber die waren vorne so eng, dass ich mich frage, ob irgendjemand tatsächlich solche unförmigen Füße haben kann.

Grundsätzlich werden wohl alle Sendungen ohne Return Label verschickt. Darüber hinaus ist der Rückgabeprozess so kompliziert, dass er glatt als Vorbereitung auf die nächste Steuererklärung durchgehen könnte.

Spart euch den Frust und kauft woanders. Dieser Verkäufer sorgt nur für Kopfschütteln und schlechte Laune.
