DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!
I brought a lambs wall jumper for my husband. I washed at the 30c which was printed on the label and the jumper shrunk.
Contacted Customers Services who asked me to pay postage and send the jumper back to them for investigation, which I did. I knew I had followed the instructions so was confident!
After 10 days, they have just sent the jumper back along with an email saying it had been washed at a higher setting, which is completely untrue. I followed the instructions!
Disgusting and completely untrue!
I have brought many things from FP before - will not be using it again.
Poor quality and shocking customer service. Crooks!

Articles reçus dans les temps, et de très bonne qualitée. Service après vente très efficace et aimable.
J'ai commandé un article en trop, j'ai pu le retourner en étant guidée gentiment. Le remboursement c'est fait aussi en moins d'une semaine. J'ai même reçu plusieurs mails pour tenir au courant de l'avancée des démarches, la prise en compte, le remboursement ect..

I bought a polo shirt for £120. A real treat for myself, i'd never normally spend this. After a couple of wears I washed and reshaped it according to instructions. It shrunk. I contacted the company. They offered no apology and despite me stating I followed the instructions did not offer me a refund or exchange. If you want a £60-per-wear shirt buy Fred Perry. If not, don't. Poor quality product. Worse customer service.

Gute Qualität aber die Designs sehen immer lächerlicher aus.
Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage seit Jahren, wird keine normale und dezente Harrington Jacke mehr in schwarz, navy blau und beige produziert.
Meistens ist das Innenfutter extrem auffällig (Schottenkaro oder eine andere auffällige Farbe) oder man näht irgendwelche hässlichen Dinge darauf oder das Logo auf der Brust ist rosa oder in einer anderen Hipsterfarbe.
Ich verstehe einfach nicht wie sich die Herrenmode in den letzten 40 Jahren zu Faschingskostümen entwickelt hat.
Da trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage die Produktion von Fred Perry nicht auf meine Anregungen reagiert, muss ich meine Bewertung hier veröffentlichen.

Wish I had read reviews. Got my package delivered ok from Evri. Items don’t look like pics online.
Need to return the package. Paperwork gives you a free return label via Yodel ( heart sinks).
Go to Yodel drop off shop and return label scans as invalid.
I’d also forgotten how difficult FP make it to actually speak to anyone in customer service.
Never again.

Also die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. T-Shirt's und Longsleeve's halten wenn man Glück hat ein Jahr danach reißt der Stoff am Rücken wo das Label vernäht ist. Mein letztes Shirt hat genau 10 Waschmaschinen Durchgänge gehalten. Bei einem Preis von 70 € ein absolutes no go .

Been waiting for two weeks now and still no answer as to when they will even send my goods. I'm trying to cancel my order with them and credit card company. Shocking service wish I had read reviews first. Somebody needs sacking running this outfit.

Went into the Fred Perry shop in the outlet centre in Cannock today the guy that served us was absolutely fantastic couldn’t do enough to help without being the overpowering salesman. Would definitely shop there again.
The only thing that let the shop itself down was that there was only 1 paypoint which I would imagine at busy times would be horrendous for customers and the staff

I ordered a fredperry bag. Two times this was sent wrong from China, I got a fake LV woman scarf instead, I did not get the money back but offered a discount and was asked to send the scarf back at my own cost.

I live in Toronto, Canada but was recently visiting the UK.

While there we there we purchased several items of Fred Perry clothing, including a dress for 130 pounds (approximately $220 Canadian dollars).

On first wearing, the entire left sleeve LITERALLY FELL OFF of the dress.

We did not buy the products from Fred Perry directly, but rather a retailer.

Given I was back in Canada, and it would cost me an additional $40 or more to send the dress back and forth to the retailer, I thought I would contact Fred Perry directly since it was their faulty product in the first place.

They would not budge, and kept pointing to their return policy, that I must return to the retailer. I clearly understand their return policy, but given we are talking about a faulty item, thought they should make an exception.

In the end, I ended up taking the dress, that again, was worn once, to a seamstress, rather than return it. The seamstress ended up having to blanket stitch the OTHER arm as well, and the side seam of the dress. She said the entire item was badly made and about to fall apart. Not cool for any item of clothing, let alone one at that price point.

Whole stupid teams of FP work in extremely low efficiency and their employees are careless. They keep lying and making their customers waiting for responses for weeks.

Nach der Bestellung habe ich eine Bestätigung erhalten und ein paar Tage später die Info, dass das Paket mit UPS verschickt wurde.
Ich wollte dann den Liefertag ändern, was einfach ignoriert wurde und am Tag der Lieferung habe ich eine Mail von Fred Perry erhalten, dass manche Produkte doch nicht mehr verfügbar waren und somit meiner Bestellung nicht hinzugefügt wurden.
Sehr merkwürdig, dass solch eine Info amTag der Lieferung rausgeschickt wird und nicht zum Zeitpunkt der Versandbestätigung.

Les mande un mail con dudas y me respondieron en el mismo dia resolviendo todas , ya q tardaban en confirmar el envío.

Recomiendo la opción normal de envío que va a Holanda y de ahi a España....la otra mas cara y rapida solo es recomendable si estas en UK.
