Frankfurt Airport Arvostelua 

NUNCA es decir, NUNCA se te ocurra hacer escala en este aeropuerto. Pareciera que todos quienes trabajan ahi, hacen lo posible para que tu experiencia sea la peor. Mal educados, abusivos en los controles, no hay NADA en esta experiencia que no sea traumática para cualquiera.

The organization of passport control was a complete failure. There was no coordination whatsoever, staff failed to manage the flow of passengers, and the resulting chaos could have had serious consequences, including passengers missing their connecting flights.

They started touching me at the baggage checking for a toothbrush in my pockets, felt like sexual harassment. Never seen something like that, I had the same toothbrush in other 2 airports in the same pocket...

Inkompetente, unprofessionelle und freche Mitarbeiter am Check In Schlater, die leider nicht in der Lage sind sich sachlich auszudrücken. Aus Unwissenheit und Verweigerung Ausdrucke für Visabkommen wurde ein Antritt der Reise verweigert . Meine 62 jährige Mutter hatte einen Anfall.
Der Fall konnte nur mit viel Nachduck kurz vor dem Abflug gelöst werden. Es erfolgte Keine Entschuldigung. Eine Beschwerde wurde bei Fraport eingereicht.

Keine Klimatisierung im Flughafen, ständige Änderungen der Gates und Wege viel zu lang.

Es ist unglaublich.
Man kann nichts mehr Warmes nach 20 Uhr mehr im Terminal 3 kaufen. Wie kann das sein?? Ich habe komplett Verständnis für so etwas, wenn es ein kleiner Flughafen ist. Ist es aber nicht. Es ist unverschämt, dass man nur noch Salat, Süßigkeiten und Kaffe kaufen kann.

I was accompanied by Annan Jemima on flight number DE4323. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She guided me through the airport and even took the bus with me all the way to my plane.

Unterirdische Wartezeiten aufs Gepäck, immer und immer wieder

Terminal 3:
Ein noch relativ neues Terminal mit totaler Fehlplanung! Sicherheitskontrolle noch ok mit 30 Min. Wartezeit. Aber Passkontrolle total Ausfall - mind. 2h Wartezeit in Menschenmengen, eng aneinander gepresst ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer.
Direkt nach der Sicherheitskontrolle stehen schon die Menschen in Schlangen zur Passkontrolle, vor dem Kontrollschalter Menschen in Massen, die drücken, schwitzen… auch wenn das Boarding schon beginnt oder der Flug schon starten will, keine Chance… eine Frau neben mir hatte eine Panikattake, sie konnte nicht mehr atmen und hat geweint, ihr Flug war bereits weg. Eine andere Frau vor mir mit einem Baby und Kleinkind hatte auch schon ihren Flug verpasst, das Baby hatte Hunger und sie war eingeschlossen in der Menschenmenge und konnte nicht stillen. Mein kleiner Sohn wurde hin und hergeschubbst er hatte Angst, da Fremde eng an ihm standen. Die Polizei wurde mehrfach gebeten sich zu kümmern, die Menschen haben schon geschrien „Boarding first please“, „families with small children first“, nichts wurde unternommen… In Frankfurt hatten wir bisher die meisten Probleme das ist Fakt!!!

Wir hatten bis jetzt jedes einzelne Mal Probleme als wir über den Flughafen Frankfurt fliegen mussten.
Vom Personal wird mann von einem Ecken in den nächsten geschickt aber niemand hilft.

This is the worst airport experience ever & I will never go through Frankfurt Airport again. Frankfurt was connection on flight to Vienna. Landed - Bus transport to terminal. Absolute chaos at Border control-out of approximately 7 Machines only 1 was working for hundreds upon hundreds of non-EU people coming in all at once to register with finger prints. No direction-airport staff was the most unhelpful I have ever encountered-hours wait. We / as well as everyone else missed connecting flight- only to have to purchase entirely new airfare tickets to Vienna. The worst part; the airport staff could care less. They are not there to assist you & make that very clear. It was obvious to us that they really do not want you in the Frankfurt airport.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience landing in that airport is huge and that lady that check my bag was so rude. Made m drink my whole water bottle when I just get out of the plane I need to go to the bathroom..

Auch 1 Stern ist für FRAPORT in Frankfurt zuviel als Bewertung !
Absolute Katastrophe !!!

FRA worst ever airport experience of my lifetime. Ive travelled 59 years, my extended family is all in europe, including both sets of grandparents. Sometimes you understand disorder, when it is weather related or pilots on strike etc. But FRA is Chaos of empty mazes, crowds, and unhelpful people. Ive had better experiences in 3rd world countries. Immigration took 2 hours, and 20 minutes with just the agent and my family of 5. Huge crowds and lines, and unhelpful mazes. The gate for our direct flight to SFO was tiny, could only seat maybe 100 people? We were all crowded into hallways. Took bus and stood on tarmac in 95 degree heat, no line control or civility in Germany, just a big scramble off the bus to climb the stairs to the plane. I will stick with AMS, Munich or Zurich next time. The only thing i like about FRA is the easy drive in and out of airport, and access to trains. We met a expat from Frankfurt visiting her family and she said "it is the worst airport in the world, everytime I come, my experience is different and unpredictable". For me it is surreal because Germany has such a culture of organization, the FRA just does not feel German, and yet it is?

Frankfurt lufthavn er simpelthen den værste lufthavn i Europa, specielt hvis man skal rejse til andre Schengen lande. Der er stort set ingen steder man kan komme til at sidde ned og få noget at spise. Terminal 1 gates A og B er der sammenlangt 3 steder for man kan få noget at spise der er bare nogenlunde ordentligt og de er altid propfyldte med lange køer. Den eneste undtagelse herfor er Goodman & Filippo der så til gengæld ligge langt væk fra alt andet.
Specielt Gates B til Schengen lande (før) paskontrol er værd at fremhæve som specielt ringe. Ja man sidde ned der med det eneste man få at spise er pizzastykker der har ligget og svedt der i flere timer
Som international lufthavn burde ens fornemmeste opgave være at have glade og tilfredse rejsende uanset hvilket fly man skal med, man er bare ikke glad og tilfreds med at opholde sig i Frankfurt lufthavn i mere end 20 minutter.

Passkontroll Terminal 3
Meine Frau ist Nicht-EU Ausländerin und muss im Terminal 3 durch die manuelle Passkontrolle. Unser Flug war 10:56 und offensichtlich gab es zu ähnlichen Zeiten mehrere Flüge größerer Gesellschaften. Die Passkontrolle war mit nur zwei Beamten besetzt, obwohl hunderte Passagiere anstanden. Nach über einer Stunde in der Schlange hat sich meine Frau vorgedrängt (mit entsprechenden Bemerkungen), und wir erreichten das Gate 15 Minuten vor Abflug. Da wurden wir nicht mehr mitgenommen und die Koffer waren angeblich auch schon ausgeladen. Eine totale Katastrophe

Last decades the airport changed from worse to terrible. Rude staff, non-operative escalators, not organized boarding procedures. Many flights start from field position, requiring bus drive and climb with hand luggage multiple stairs. Not acceptable at all for hub claiming to be central in Europe

Worst Airport experience we had in my lifetime travel the world. We were transferring and took me 2:30 hours to reach my gate to gate. They checked my passport 3 times and everywhere big lines. Even we show people begging inside the airport. No wondering getting like 3rd world country. Never going through This airport Again.

Extremely long lines for passport control and security, many people missed their flights. Outrageous prices for simple things like water. Highest I’ve ever seen. Will avoid at all costs.

Wir wollen heute nach Djerba fliegen, vom Terminal 3 aus. Vom Check in bis zum Boarding...nichts klappt. Ständig gibt es irgendwelche Probleme technischer Natur oder was auch immer. Mitten im Check in schließt eine Mitarbeiterin ihren Schalter, so dass nur noch einer offen war und beim Boarding geht das Elend gerade weiter. Unser Flug geht um 15 Uhr. Es ist jetzt 15 Uhr und es läuft immer noch erst Boardinggruppe 1-3...und das nicht gerade flüssig. Liegts an der Fluggesellschaft? Am Servicepersonal? An der Technik? Man weiß es nicht! So eine schlechte Abfertigung noch nie erlebt!
