Outstanding service.
The office were very very efficient keeping us informed all the way until the removal date.
The 3 guys who moved us were absolutely fantastic, hardest workers who went up and above with some of the furniture that required breaking down, I cannot recommend this business any higher. We are delighted with all their work and professionalism.

Paul, thank you for such a fantastic review. We are delighted to hear the office team kept you well informed throughout the process and that everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
It is especially rewarding to hear your praise for the three crew members who carried out your move. We are pleased they were able to go above and beyond, particularly with the furniture that required dismantling, and that their hard work and professionalism made such a positive impression.
Thank you for your recommendation and kind words. They mean a great deal to the whole team, and we are delighted we could help make your move a success.
Disappointed
The team was friendly, but removed pre-packed items - that I did not realize were not allowed - without checking with me- leaving me to find them. Small liquids (otc meds) no big deal, but they removed dried roses from a sealed vase - which were from my wedding 33 years ago. My wife has passed away, making this a particularly sentimental heirloom. Plus, as they were dried, in a sealed glass container, there was no need to disturb them. This has moved with me through several countries ; never had a problem before. When removed, since they are so old and fragile, some disintegrated. They had already packed away the glass jar, so when I found the roses, I could not put them back. All this could have been avoided had they just asked me first. Very disappointed.

Mr Saunders, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry to read of the upset caused regarding the dried roses from your wedding, particularly given the sentimental importance they hold following the passing of your wife. We fully recognise that this situation should have been handled with greater sensitivity by our crew.
Whilst we are required to comply with international customs regulations, which unfortunately classify dried flowers as prohibited items, we completely appreciate how distressing and frustrating this experience was for you. We also accept that better communication should have taken place before the items were removed.
Please be assured that we will be discussing this matter internally with the crew involved to help ensure situations involving sentimental belongings are handled with greater care and understanding in future.

Sean,Kieran and Jamie...a wonderful crew
Sean, Kieran and Jamie were a fantastic team ( sorry if I spelt any names wrong)....lovely people who really care about what they do and handled our possessions with care. We had a lot to move into a house without easy access. The job had been under quoted by another branch of Fox's, both for lorry space and people needed.... Sean resolved all of the issues on our behalf, which we were so grateful for. On moving in day extra (necessary) team arrived to help unload the 2 lorries... one was quoted, but would never have fitted all of our stuff. A massive thank you to the amazing team who made our move experience the best it could be.

Caroline, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear Sean, Kieran and Jamie made such a positive impression and handled your belongings with such care and professionalism throughout the move.
We also really appreciate your understanding regarding the challenges around the original quotation and access at the property. We are very pleased Sean was able to resolve the issues quickly and ensure the additional support and vehicle capacity were arranged to keep everything on track for you. Moving into a property with difficult access and a large volume to relocate is never easy, so it is wonderful to hear the team helped make the experience as smooth and positive as possible.
Your kind words will mean a great deal to everyone involved. Thank you again for choosing Fox and for placing your trust in us during such an important day.
The team were all very friendly
The team were all very friendly and helpful, they did introduce themselves but I can't remember their names, they arrived around 8am and were loaded just after 10am
They stopped uploading when we had rain so my furniture and bed did not get wet, which was much appreciated.
They worked hard all day.

A great removal company!
I was very impressed with the company from start to finish. They carried out a comprehensive survey prior to giving me a competitive quote. Keith and Matt were great when we had to postpone our move with only a few days to go due to issues further down the chain. On the day of the move, the team were great. They worked quickly and carefully, making sure to take good care of the more fragile items, including my piano. They also offloaded my possessions into my new home carefully with a minimum of fuss. I can’t recommend Foxes enough! I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

As I was already living overseas they took over the shipping without causing me any distress and although my shipment is still sailing it seems to be going very well to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The staff were excellent. Extremely courteous, efficient and informative.
