Leider muss ich mich den negativen Bewertungen anschließen.

Nach ca. 8 Monaten ließ sich meine Smartwatch von Fossil nicht mehr laden. In der Zwischenzeit hatte Fossil die Produktion von Smartwatches im Allgemeinen eingestellt. Daher konnte man die Uhr nicht mehr reparieren oder ersetzen. Soweit erstmal nachvollziehbar.
Allerdings steht mir dann per Gesetz im Rahmen der Gewährleistung die Erstattung des Kaufpreises zu. Darauf ging man im Mailverkehr aber nie ein, sondern versuchte mich mit Einkaufsgutscheinen zu kriegen. Da, wie gesagt, keine Smartwatches mehr hergestellt werden, für mich nicht interessant. Um meinen Rechtsanspruch durchzusetzen, musste ich mich an die Universalschlichtungsstelle wenden. Zum Glück räumt Fossil in seinem Impressum die Beauftragung dieser direkt ein, was den Prozess vereinfacht. Dies kann ich nur jeden empfehlen, der ähnliche Erfahrungen macht.

Well I did intend on spending my money on several products ,however after reading most of the reviews
I WON'T bother.
I think you need to get your act together and solve these outstanding issues.

Wished I read the reviews before I purchased a bracelet . have been trying to send the bracelet back for over 3 weeks when am putting my details in to send it back they don’t recognise any of my details however they sent the item very quickly with the same details so frustrating . Will never purchase anything again from this company

Bought new Fossil watch seven years ago,
For thirty-four pounds the price was low.
Looked million dollars a 'Rolex' some thought,
Most reliable watch I'd ever bought.

Timepiece eventually gave up the ghost,
A fiver a year a bargain to boast,
Quality watch needs not cost pretty penny,
In maintenance, and servicing charged for by many.

Saw tv ads for Christopher Ward
'Affordable' promises didn't seem untoward.
Until I looked them up on line,
Priced and hyped as if connoisseur's wine.

Went back to Fossil, selection galore,
Prices still reasonable, choices much more.
My needs from a watch two reasons sublime,
They don't cost a fortune and tell the right time!

Had a Fossil Gen6 Smartwatch. The crown pusher stopped working. Only way to turn it on was to connect to charger. Everything else worked fine. Just outside of warranty. I was prepared to pay for repair. After being without my watch for nearly a month they emailed saying "sorry we cannot repair it" They offered me a 30% off discount on condition they keep my watch. What a cheek. So I bought their watch costing over £200 pounds but they want to keep it if I accept their 30% off offer? To add insult to injury I discovered they no longer sell smart watches. I ended up buying the OnePlus Watch2. 12 day battery life. Amazing. I got £175.00 off with NHS discount, plus another £20 discount and free earbuds and an additional charge dongle. Buy anything Fossil again? NOT A CHANCE! Your brand is dead to me! Great Customer Service. HELL NO! :=(

Sur le site j’indique ma référence et la pièce à changer avant de l’envoyer.
Une fois la montre chez Fossil, je n’ai plus de nouvelles. Je les relance , ils n’ont pas la pièce et me propose un bon de réduction et ils gardent ma montre. On marche sur la tête. Je demande le retour de celle-ci et ils ne savent pas quand ils vont la renvoyer ?
C’est le pompon ! Et du coup plus de geste , car je récupère la montre que je ferai réparer, il s’agissait seulement d’une vitre . Étrange , j’ai trouvé la vitre par moi même en 5 minutes .
Quelle arnaque !!!!

Finger weg! Fossil drückt sich um die Garantie und lässt sich alles aus der Nase ziehen. Uhr eingesendet dann Rechnung bekommen, in der Garantie Zeit! Auf Nachfrage dann doch Garantie gewährt aber die Uhr wurde schon zurückgesendet…. In der Zwischenzeit kein Kontaktversuch der Werkstatt und im Anschluss hieß es ,,Der Kunde hätte warten sollen,, worauf bitte? Auf noch ein Abzockangebot??? Stundenlanges Geschreibe für die Reparatur einer 60€ Uhr… in der Zeit hätte ich mir 2 neue Uhren erarbeiten können… unfassbar was hier für eine Irreführung der Kunden an den tag gelegt wird.
Wie ich Recherchiert habe ist dieses verhalten eine vom Unternehmen gewollte Vorgehensweise um Menschen die nicht nachdenken Geld für eigentliche Garantieleistungen aus der Tasche zu ziehen….

Verkaufen teure Armbänder und sind unfähig, die Länge der einzelnen Leder-Bestandteile des Armbandes gleich lang anzufertigen! Schaut extrem schlampig aus. Leider kein Einzelfall, der gleiche Defekt bei mehreren Bändern, da ich es mehrfach gekauft habe. Ich habe mir dieses Armband früher bereits gekauft und damals war es top. Nie mehr wieder.

Horloge gekocht via website binnen 8 maanden liep het niet meer. Opgestuurd zoals beschreven aangetekend en verzekerd na maand nog geen reparatie nummer. Klanten service gebeld, geen garantie op batterij! Hoezo 2 jaar garantie. Batterij vervangen zou €31,- moeten kosten. Horloge koste €90,- Omdat er geen reparatieno. was gekomen uit coulance batterij voor niets vervangen. Horloge bijna 2 maanden weggeweest! Wat een puinhoop

Ordered 2 leather bags for donations. One bag has so many scratches.

Fossil dont take customer care seriously. NOT WORTH FOR MONEY.

I recently sent My smart watch that wa covered under warenty back to the repair place as it was continually disconnecting from my phone and the smart watch would no sync properly. Or stay connected.

Fossil failed to repair the item. Offered a voucher as theh couldn't repair or replace the item like for like as they no longer sell smart watches. I was then told there was nothing more I could do and theh won't refund the faulty watch which they failed to repair as its over 30 days old. Even though it's developed an internal fault which was out of my control. An internal part has failed Iver time.

Customer service was awful. I'm.devastated hve spent alot on this watch
They have admitted it is faulty and can not repair it so are now saying their is nothing more they can do even though it's covered under warenety. They tried to offer me a voucher but they couldn't produce a like for like product. As no longer sell smart watches.

I'm really not happy with the lack of help.
As a company admiting annitem isnat fault and thehbcan not repair it. I would advise not using this company as ive been treated appallingly for a faulty item.

I recently sent my watch to the Fossil repair warehouse because it was skipping time, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite clearly explaining the issue, it seems my concerns were not taken seriously. After waiting for three weeks, I received my watch back with the same problem. It's evident that no real effort was made to diagnose or fix the issue. This lack of attention to customer concerns and inefficient service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Fossil.

Habe schon mehrfach bei Fossil bestellt und bisher hat alles Reibungslos funktioniert! Bestelle immer wieder hier! Liebe Fossil Produkte und die Qualität ist Top. Auch super finde ich die immer wiederkehrenden Rabatten :-)

J'ai acheté une montre fossll connecté qui n'a plus fonctionné au bout de 7 mois (problème de charge) fossil refuse la prise en charge de la garantie en indiquant que le fond du boîtier n'est pas couvert. Il s'agit apparemment d'un problème récurrent sur ce modèle, c'est du vol manifeste, MARQUE FOSSIL A FUIR

Mon conjoint m'a offert une montre connectée fossil, mais elle ne marche pas après 6 mois. Étant sous garantie, je l'ai renvoyé pour la réparation. Ils ont refusé de le réparer parce qu'il est endommagé par le module. Ce n'est pas normal !

Ich habe eine Uhr und ein Armband bestellt. Habe beides zurückgesandt weil die Uhr nicht mit meinem Handy kompatibel war. Ersetzt erhalten habe ich nur die Uhr. Es gab grosse Korrespondenz und zuletzt musste ich einwilligen dass ich mit der Polizei zusammenarbeite. Dieses habe ich unterschrieben und seitdem erhalte ich auf Nachfragen keine Antwort mehr. Ich trage seit Jahrzehnten Uhren von Fossil. NIE WIEDER!

Mon fils m'a offert une montre fossiles il y a 4 ans qui a déjà été réparer alors qu'elle était encore sous garantie car la petite aiguille ne voulait plus avancer. J'ai de nouveau le même problème et le magasin a fermé définitivement.Surement un problème de série dans ce modèle j'imagine. Je ne sais vers qui me tourner. Enfin je me retrouve avec une belle montre qui n'as jamais fonctionné correctement ! Qui est en panne......
