I am finding that the flipdish portal is very comprehensive and easy to use, if you spend the time getting to know it.

I was competently guided through the onboarding by Mashal, who patiently worked through each section with us and diligently corrected everything that was needed to ensure we were up and running in no time.

She was very knowledgeable finding other ways to make it work and patient with me as I did it for the first time. I’ve been really impressed with the service I received from Emmad Rizwan at Flipdish.
Emmad was extremely helpful throughout the whole setup process and took the time to make sure everything was configured exactly the way I wanted it.

Nothing felt like too much trouble. He listened to what I needed, helped with the changes and made the whole process straightforward. His communication and customer service have been excellent.

Having previously used App4 and OrderYOYO, I can genuinely say that Flipdish has been the best experience so far. The system, support and overall customer service have all been excellent.

romised increased sales from day one. FOUR MONTHS — NOT A SINGLE SALE from Flipdish.
Contacted them many times. Always say “we’ll look into it” — but NOTHING ever gets done. Left a message for the salesperson who promised everything… never called back.
Big promises, zero action. They take your money and deliver nothing. Do not waste your time or money.

So helpful with setting up an online presence. Would definitely recommend
