The Flipdish team has been absolutely fantastic! We’ve made lots of detailed menu changes and they’ve been so patient, helpful and professional every step of the way, listening carefully and getting everything exactly right. We couldn’t ask for better support.

Azkiya been great helping us setting our menu . She was patient and very professional . She great asset for flip dish

I haven’t launched yet however Flipdish are doing my website also as well as the EPOS system. The onboarding team have been fantastic. Mohib, has been amazing, he really goes above and beyond to get the job done, and it’s exactly what you need going through the difficult time of launching a new restaurant. The system is slick and simple to use, we’re excited for opening next week.

Mohib was a great help to setting up my Flipdish account

The service has been absolutely excellent Danny and Mohammed specifically has been extremely helpful. They helped set up up everything I needed with very little time in between. AMAZING service and would recommend to any business looking to get their menus online and deliveries sorted. SUPERB

Very professional, friendly and easy to understand

We had a great experience working with Sania Javed during the menu onboarding for our South Wimbledon store. She was extremely responsive, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Sania quickly sorted everything we needed and was always available to answer our questions. She explained everything clearly, making the onboarding process straightforward and easy to understand.

Really appreciate her professionalism, communication and quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend working with her!

Very good staff to explain everything we need special thanks, Emmad Rizwan.

Excellent service throughout, great product with lots of exceptional add ons such as the AI ordering for inbound calls.

Danny was our rep, he has been outstanding through out our joining process and has exceeded all our expectations.

The ordering portal and website are very good, super easy to use and navigate with all sorts of data capture tools.

By far the best service we use at our restaurant Cuckoo Grill, that enhances the customer experience.

Flipdish are a absolute pleasure to work with from start with Danny who was amazing credit to Flipdish every thing is so easy and always someone at the other end of phone thanks from MANOR TOP FISHBAR.

Where to start with this company, there are two individuals in particular who have just made this transition amazing and that's Ant & Laibah.

Ant is more of the senior boss who first introduced me to flip dish by walking into my cafe and his energy was just right up my alley and turned out offered everything I had been looking for. No pushy sell sell just finding what works for me and my business. His on boarding customer service throughout my journey so far has been completely unreal going well and truly above and beyond what I could of hoped for. No problem too small and even no matter what time of day replies very quickly and gets all my issues sorted.

Laibah.... Well what a lovely woman, she's just so friendly and nothing is a bother for her at all, I can honestly say it's brilliant to know I can just open my phone press a button and have her excellent knowledge and service available to me. I'm not a tech person so I find some things very awkward when setting up but she goes on a video call with me and has the patience of a saint while I'm trying to figure things out.

Between the two of these incredible employees I have no regrets about signing up to flip dish they have both transformed my business for the better.

I am finding that the flipdish portal is very comprehensive and easy to use, if you spend the time getting to know it.

I was competently guided through the onboarding by Mashal, who patiently worked through each section with us and diligently corrected everything that was needed to ensure we were up and running in no time.

Thank you...
