The most indigenous travel agent you will ever deal with. You agree on a price for a flight, they take a £100 deposit to hold the seat, even though you protest to pay everything straight away, they tell you to wait until a deadline that’s a month away. Then when you call on the date of the deadline they make excuses saying ‘I’m really sorry the airline have changed the flight pricing and it’s gone up £600. Even though the confirmation on email and verbally states the final amount agreed to be paid. Mazz who I dealt with started blaming me for not reading the T&Cs which they never tell you about. So once they have ruined your holiday and you’re pissed off. The fun begins by them tell you, you will get your refund after 14 days. That comes and goes and guess what. You call them, they say it’s the airline that’s holding the payment. Bullshit. They are a bunch of scammers hellbent on ruining your life and taking the piss. I have reported them to UK TRADING STANDARDS, ATA and filed a complaint with my bank and will seek legal action. I have also reached out to the Airline Association so they can be blacklisted from dealing with the public. I have emails and telephone recording and have written to their Managing Director Ahmad Faisal.

Gave them plenty of opportunities to sort this out but they clearly don’t give a f@&£k.

I was able to get my return ticket which was affordable on the same day. I had Daniel deal with my booking and it all was a pleasant experience. I don't normally write reviews and this is the first time I have written one and the reason is because of how Daniel was able to re-book another flight for me when i missed my flight with the same airline on the same day for just £150.
It mean that I was able to catch my connection flight and he upgraded my seat to premium economy.

This is the first time i used Flightclicks. I saw a competitive price and paid £200 deposit using my credit card.I was then contacted by Sebastian who told me that the airline had increased the price to which I said I was not happy. Sebastian explained that it was not his fault and would try to help. In the end he managed to get me on the same flight and managed to secure me some vouchers as compensation. I was really worried, but Sebastian always reassured me that everything would be ok. He always answers the phone or calls back. I would consider using them again

Sebastain Stan is a good had working, with a good customers servuce. I had a good esperuence during the time he was looking for me a convenient flight to Nigeria. His good esperience convince me to buy my family tickets from your company. I give him a 5 stars for his effort and would advice him to him on a highter position in your company.

God just saved me from this scammers, firstly i never visited their web site but suddenly pop up on my broswer, they will give u a price that sound so good to be true and keep bursting your phone with calls so u can make a deposit. the negative review really helps me a lot to do more investigation. The office address is fake i put it on google and it a residential address. I have my doubt first time they called me and i hear the asian accent i know the run alot of customer service scam from that region. PLS DONT FALL FOR THIS

FLIGHT CROOKS LTD. I wish I could give 0 star for this company. It’s a scam travel agent. They lured me to get deposit by advertising their flights as low flight tickets and told me to pay at a future date when they would have confirmed the ticket with the airline. I wondered why they wouldn’t collect the full fee for the flight when I wanted to pay in full? On the agreed date, you can’t reach them on phone. When eventually I got them, they come up with stories about something wrong with return flight they reserved for me. Did they not know this return journey was defective before reserving at a fee or were they just trying to get hold of the deposit by all means? There telephone manner is zero. They even tried to make me cancel my reservation with them so they can withhold your deposit. I insisted on continuing with my reservation and they offered business class tickets as the only available tickets. This way more expensive than other reputable booking sites. They have just succeeded in ruining my family holiday. I should have read their before dealing. Their custom service etiquette is non existent. Sebastian Stan is a fraudster (not sure that’s his real name). He’s a time waster and kept calling my phone number many days after to negotiate or get me to send an email to cancel.
