If there was a zero star (less than 1 star) I would give this company. They give you a good deal, get you to pay £100 deposit to secure the booking and a reasonable date to pay the balance but when you want to pay the balance even earlier than the date you were given, the ticket is cancelled and they coerce you to get another which is way more expensive than you were anticipating.

So have had 2 separate dealings with them.

1st time they gave me a virgin Atlantic flight to go to Nigeria, paid a £100 deposit, 2 days before the balance is due, was told my ticket was cancelled from the virgin office, that’ll have to use another airline blah blah blah, I was disappointed and confused as to why a flight that was supposedly confirmed was cancelled, they said virgin do that a lot but not to worry, they’ll try for compensation for me after I had secured the replacement ticket.

This guy (Hamed) coerced me to get a Rwanda airline ticket, going to Nigeria by the way, he didn’t allow me to think, he said there was just 1 seat left which was a lie, paid way too much for the ticket, cos I checked later and it was actually way cheaper to have booked directly with Rwanda air. He promised me lounge access in Kigali, that was a lie.

After all said and done, the offered me a £250 voucher to use for future travel with them. So am thinking £250 off my next ticket is not so bad. The only reason why I went back was because of the voucher only to realise I can only use £100 out of the £250 at a time, meaning I’ll have to use them for a total of 3 times to use up the £250 voucher.

The second booking was for Lufthansa going to Nigeria, when I was asked to pay £100 deposit to secure the booking, told them to use part of the voucher already on ground, the £250 voucher they gave me from my previous travel. The now guy (Mustafa) said the voucher can only be used against the balance not as deposit, so I paid a £100 deposit on my credit card.

The balance is not due till 5th November 2025, the guy calls me end of August to say my return leg has been cancelled and I need to book with another airline blah blah blah, giving me airlines am not willing to touch and i wasn’t going to fall for the Rwanda trick again (no disrespect I just found it too long a journey).

This is a breach of contract, the original airline I booked is no longer available, I want my deposit back. These people refunded £10 to my card and wanted to give me £90 in voucher. What the heck!

After countless emails back and forth as I was away in Bucharest and didn’t fancy endless phone calls with them, they weren’t going to resolve this, they said I authorised it.

How dumb could I have been, already had a useless £250 voucher sitting there, why would i authorise another £90 in voucher, for what exactly.

Anyway am not doing a back and forth, I made a section 75 claim through my credit card company.

So guys this company is a SCAM. Don’t touch them.

I had a good experience with flight clicks Mazz who was the customer service rep was very polite and patient in attending to my needs . Kudos to the team

I booked my flight with Flightclicks and was very impressed with the service I received. Unfortunately, I missed the 9am balance payment deadline, as I had assumed I had until the end of the day to pay. As a result, I lost the original bargain price that my deposit had secured.

However, Sarmad and Mazz went above and beyond to help me. They worked tirelessly to find me a replacement flight and, although it cost an extra £200, I was relieved to have secured my holiday travel. To ease the disappointment, Sarmad kindly offered me a £150 voucher towards my next booking, which I truly appreciate.

Thank you very much, Sarmad and Mazz – your efforts made all the difference. I’ll definitely be booking with Flightclicks again.

As a small suggestion for Flightclicks, it might be helpful to emphasise more clearly in the confirmation email that the 9am balance payment deadline must be met to keep the booking secure. Thank you Guys. Lee

Mazz service is really good. He has time to listen and call when he can to explain the details.

The app I used was user friendly and easy to use.

I booked with Flight Clicks Ltd after being referred via Cheapflights.com. The agent verbally promised me a return ticket, business class upgrade, and a cash refund of £1,160 in overtime accrued vouchers vouchers before I paid £880 for a one way ticket.

After payment, none of these were fulfilled. When I chased them, they denied all verbal commitments and claimed they don’t record phone calls — which is highly concerning for a business handling flight bookings and financial transactions.

I was forced to borrow £993.10 to purchase a return ticket after being left stranded. I’ve had to cut my holiday short, lost money on hotel bookings, and been ignored throughout the complaint process, and. has left a terrible toll on my health.

Flight Clicks has shown zero accountability, and I’ve now raised complaints with Trading Standards, ABTA, and ATOL.

⚠️ Be very careful if you're booking through this agency. If something goes wrong, they will deny all responsibility and hide behind "we only accept email promises."

I am so happy with how Daniel has helped me to buy my ticket from UK to Zimbabwe at a reasonable price. He communicated with me all the way even when l missed the deadline to pay for the ticket due to work. I would recommend to buy the ticket with flight clicks. I was nervous at the beginning when l read other people's reviews.

Extremely satisfying experience for finding quick changes in the ticket. My return ticket was in the last week of September. Due to change of circumstances Mr Mazz reasonably acted and helped to ensure ticket date in the last week of August. A month backwards. Amazing service.

I had a good experience with Flightclicks.com I had a round trip ticket for 2 adults and one child. The price was VERY reasonable considering there was three of us. We had a 1 hour layover going home. We had to wait until the day of the flight before we received our confirmation numbers and our names were put in backwards however it was a quick fix and we had no problems with the flight going down and a small delay going home. We had another minor problem with the names again going home but I'd say an all around good experience I would go through flightclicks.com again and would recommend others to have them book your flight. Please be aware that we did not get our confirmation emails until THE DAY we were getting the flight to some that may be frustrating but it was okay for me. I hope this helps someone if they choose to get tickets from this sight but I was pleasantly satisfied.

Sebetian Stan was really helpful since morning he's trying to help and get me my ticket according to my schedule. And finally I got tit and was really happy with the time and price.

I am currently in contact with action fraud , and my bank to recover my £300 deposit which I was told I would get if my flight booking didn't go ahead. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY , THEU ARE SMAMMERS ESPECIALLY ONE NAMED MAZZ . I was asked to deposit £300 to get a flight ticket for 3 at less than £2000 ,when it was time to give me the booking reference number ,they came back saying the airline had cancelled the flight , I then requested for a full refund to my original card payment abd they kept emailing me a £270 travel voucher which I declined . I eventually reported this to my bank last week. I have phone conversation with this Mazz person acknowledging that they were going to refund me my full amount within 48 hours.

this is my first time booking with flightclicks and was impressed by a particular person by name Daniel.

My deal with Daniel of flight click was very cordial, at first I was skeptical to continue after i deposited £100 for my ticket, Daniel made it possible for me to pay the balance and e-ticket was issued, I revisited the air light website to ascertain the genuinely of the ticket it was successful, Daniel is trustworthy and effective.

I wish I could give zero stars for Flight Clicks Ltd. It's a scam travelling air ticket agents who parade themselves as a genuine company. Mr Sebastain stan (with an indian accent) lured me into depositing 100 pounds as part payment for a flight ticket, when I had the full money to pay straight. He sent me a link to my email to make a payment of 100 pounds, which I did . While making the final payment, I was given a strange account number that my bank couldn't recognise, thanks to the security features of the bank. Mr Sebastian stan was very aggressive towards me in making the final payment. Guys, from my personal experience, I won't recommend Flight Clicks Ltd. Choose wisely.

Flightclicks is the worst scam of all time,I reached out to them on the 4th of August to purchase a flight ticket for me and my infant child and I spoke to mustafa ally he said the ticket was 820 and I should deposit £200 then 11th of August I should complete the payment,I was happy with that and I made payment of £200 plus my £60 voucher only for me to call today to complete the payment and mustafa told me the date I picked was not available and if I want to purchase another ticket I will pay full amount.i have cried my eyes out and even tired of crying cause he told me he weren’t going to refund me cause deposit are non refundable which he didn’t tell me in the first place, I’ll make sure I report this people to the authorities they must pay for what they did to me and the stress they put me through

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Completely Unacceptable

I booked a direct return flight from London to Lagos with Virgin Atlantic through Flightclicks on 8th July 2025, for travel from 19th December 2025 to 4th January 2026. I was told the total cost was £1494, with £100 deposit upfront and the remaining balance of £1394 due by Monday 4th August 2025.

I contacted Mazz from Flightclicks twice on 1st and 2nd August to pay the balance early. Both times, I was told the airline hadn't responded yet. I followed up again on the 4th August, expecting to pay and secure my booking. Instead, Mazz informed me that the flight had never been confirmed, and now there were no economy seats available on my requested dates. He then suggested alternative flights with UR Airlines or RwandAir, both non-direct and on completely different dates – despite my clear condition that I must fly direct due to a disability.

I made it absolutely clear that these options were unacceptable – not only because of the change in dates and flight type, but also because I had legitimate concerns about the poor reputation of the airlines being suggested. I was then told I could still fly direct, but only if I paid an additional £400 to fly with Air Peace. Mazz said I would be reimbursed by Virgin within 24 hours – an outrageous claim with zero guarantee.

When I explained I couldn't afford to pay more than what was agreed and that this situation was not of my making, he dismissed my concerns and said, "You clearly do not want to travel." That level of rudeness and gaslighting is appalling.

To make things worse, when I requested a refund of my £100 deposit, Mazz refused, despite the fact that the failure to confirm my original booking and the offer of completely unsuitable alternatives were entirely their fault.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, time-wasting, and extremely stressful – especially for someone with accessibility needs. I feel lied to, manipulated, and ignored. Avoid Flightclicks at all costs if you want any kind of professionalism, transparency, or respect.

I am now taking steps to report this to Trading Standards and am considering legal advice to recover my deposit.

Flightclicks is a big scammer .I booked a flight with Flightclicks through Sebastian and he insisted I paid a deposit of £100 which I did with my credit card , 4 days later I receive an email that my flight has been cancelled that I should contact Flightclicks to rectify the situation. I called Sebastian who got me onto another airline which I did not mind ...when it to pay for the ticket he gave me a different payment account and would not accept the payment via my credit card which I had used to pay the deposit. I was worried as my bank did not recognise Flightclicks as a legitimate beneficiary . Sebastian was insisting on a bank transfer but I knew the risk attached with this form of payment. When all attempts failed in Flightclicks accepting a payment from my credit card, I told him that I would not be proceeding with the booking and that I would like a refund of my deposit...he then said no problem that it would 15 working days. I waited and got back to Sebastian after some calls then sent me a link which stated that my refund was only £9.00. I am disputing this vehemently because at no point did he point out to me any technicality. Run from these people, they are not honest, they offer reduced prices for tickets that they are not planning to deliver but just to take your hard earned money. Have nothing to do with Flightclicks. Sebastian told me to write whatever review I liked that it was of no relevance to them.
