IF YOU'RE READING THIS, YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED....These are despicable people! They are only out to scam you, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! WALK AWAY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! I paid a deposit for a family flight and arranged a week to pay the balance. When I called up a week later to pay, on the due date I was given, I was told that the agent "Mr Mazz" had suddenly gone on holidays! (They are not using their real names). A man calling himself "Mr Hassan" then told me the Airline had rescheduled the return leg of our flight, and he wanted more money! Almost £1000 more! I refused and asked for my deposit back. Do not be fooled by their by terms and conditions, you have consumer rights. I have sent them a Statutory Demand to speed things up and I also intend to file a claim in Court for them to be taught a lesson and get my money back! That way, you get them to pay interest, court and legal fees! They are defrauding the British public everyday. Once they have your money, they will come up with stupid stories! They think they are smart and you wouldn't fight for your money. They are WRONG! Faisal Ahmad is listed as a director in this company and I intend to have court bailiffs attend his premises and business address if they fail to pay up.
I am also alerting the Airlines to their fraudulent practises with a petition to strike off "FLIGHT CROOKS LTD" from their agency business. If you have experienced the same, take action, don't let them get away with it! Get your hard earned money back from these thieves!
Ask for their IATA and ATOL registered numbers, they will not give it to you but would come up with stupid excuses! The airline will not have a record of your booking, as in my case, the airline said "Sorry, but you don't have a reservation sir"! That was after Flight Clicks collected a deposit from me and swore they made a booking with the airline! Take your money elsewhere folks, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THESE CROOKS!

My £70 deposit has not been refunded: I was asked to remove the review I made on 19th may,with assurances I will get my refund in 5 working days, it is going 15 working days now. Seriously can the Authorities put a stop to this brazenly fraudulent group (Flight clicks). This is 21st century.

I really don’t know how this company is still operating based on the number of similar fraudulent transactions. The same scam and getting away with it!
They should all be locked up and keys thrown away. I sent a review similar to many I have now seen on 10th May about paying a deposit of £100 only to be told a leg of the flight is no longer available when I came to pay the balance and alternative flight would cost me over £200 more. I managed to book the same alternative flight for same original price by myself. A guy called Sebastian called me few days after my review and said I would get my deposit back but I had to withdraw my earlier review. I informed him that was blackmail and had no intention of withdrawing the review until I received the deposit. Still waiting a month later.
The company will be hearing from the authorities. Bunch of thieves!!!

DO NOT, I am telling you DO NOT use this travel agency. They are crooks, no. 1 cheats. Took a deposit from me, when it came to pay the whole amount, made up a story that one leg of my trip isn't available or can't be confirmed so got me to pay more for an earlier date, sent me a confirmation. When the passenger went to the airport, was told your flight is on the day that we originally booked for. Such cheat little cowards. DO NOT USE!!!!

I’ve had a really frustrating time with this company, and I’m still trying to get my money back. I have been dealing with Mazz, Hassan, Jay- All unhelpful.
At first, they told me the price of a flight, but didn’t say I wouldn’t get my ticket right away. Instead, they asked me to pay a deposit and come back another day to pay the rest and get the ticket.

Later, when I went to pay the full amount, they told me the flight was cancelled by the airline. They said I should buy another ticket—at almost twice the price—and that the airline would pay me back for the first one.

But instead of giving me my money back, they gave me a company voucher full of rules and limits, making it almost impossible to use. They never told me about these rules when I was paying. I even asked for my deposit back when I found out the flight was cancelled, but they said it was non-refundable, even though I didn’t get what I paid for.

Now, when I try to fix the problem with them, they’re being rude and saying I agreed to take the voucher—even though I have proof that I didn’t.

This whole experience has been really upsetting, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
