Excellent job and good customer service from Usman Thank you very much

Very helpful customer service from start to finish.

The genuine help with support for assistance with my flights booking.

I got the best service and communication from Usman and am certified with service

They are scammers , fraudsters. Don't touch them with a long pole. They booked me on a flight and quickly collected £100 deposit. They later said the agreed price had increased and demanded more money. They live on the deposits they collect from people. They stopped commuting by email so there's no record.

A excellent experiences, didn’t lift a finger or thought the entire process.

Thank you team, especially Mazz and Usman✨

Daniel was very patient and helpful with the whole process. Top guy 👍🏿

Excellent customer service from Usman. Very helpful and made sure we got the best deal that suits my family.

They are a faudulent people. how come they have not been arrested? They take money as deposit and vanish then later come back that you mis the deadline, asking for more money.

This is my first time reviewing a flight agency, and I’d love to share my experience with you. Daniel was truly wonderful in helping me book my flight tickets. He is so kind, patient, and polite every step of the way. Plus, as we miss our first booking and the price went higher for next booking , he kindly offered us vouchers for future use which I’m excited to use later on. I’ll definitely keep you posted about that too. Thank you so much for your help, Daniel

The Travel Agent consultant (Usman), who booked my flight was very helpful over the phone. Though I didn’t get a cheaper ticket
Usman was very professional in dealing with the booking.

Thank you

Flightclicks travel agency has refused to refund my full £100 deposit and i have chased tis over 6months. They keep telling lies and pushing me around.
Flightclicks travel agency is not a truthful travel agency and customer service is very bad.
I regret ever trusting that this travel agent can be truthful and honest.

This is by far the most horrifying and stressful experience I've ever had with any company. Flight click website is nothing but a scam designed to rob people of their money. I booked the flight to be told that I will get my flight booking 24 hrs before departure and then received a call few days before departure that they switched my ticket to a different airlines and had to flee from Newark instead of LaGuardia and in a different date. Returning was worse, Imagine the panic and humiliation of standing at the check-in counter with all your bags, only to be told that you don't have a ticket! Not only did they charge my card immediately, but they also refused to provide any confirmation number that worked. They kept making excuses, blaming the airline, and promising callbacks that never came. I ended up losing hundreds of dollars, missing my flight, and scrambling last minute to buy a REAL ticket at an outrageous price at an airport with wait time of 4 hrs to catch the next flight back home. This company ( flight click) caused me unnecessary stress, financial loss, and ruined my entire travel plans. Please don't use this website to buy your tickets

Please avoid using!!! i was coerce in making payment for non existing flight ticket. When i checked with airline, there was no reservations booked on my details. Demanded for refund immediately. They only gave £12.48 back out of £100. I read previous review of scam, do not be a victim. My son experienced same pattern of deceit, they will not refund back your money and there is no genuine flight ticket. Not Reliable!!!

The customer service from Daniel was very great.

Hassan has been been a great agent in dealing with me as a customer. Very professional, patient and good communicator. So far he has fulfilled the promise made to me. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to book a flight with flight Clicks. Keep it up Sir.

Mazz guided me through with patience and kindness with my plane ticket.
Thank you Mazz for being helpful, much appreciated and will definitely recommend you and your travel agency.

Good job , Daniel work hard to find me the air line ticket

BE AWARE PLEASE!!!!! They’re scammers from India!!!! I booked a flight with them yesterday night and I had an emergency and I had to be home!!! The southwest airlines didn’t let me go on a plane saying that travel agency didn’t pay for the ticket and there was fraudulent activities done by the travel agency with your credit card!!!! I would like to file lawsuit against this scammers!!!! My 257$ was gone and I missed my flight and I had book another flight paying for the uber and the hotel stay!!!!
Please don’t book with them!!!
