AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

This is not a legitimate company and should be investigated. After paying a £100 deposit, I was asked to wait 5 days before paying the balance of £753, which I found suspicious.

On the agreed payment date, I was then told I can only pay the balance using cash transfer or debit card! No credit card payment allowed. This was despite receiving an email confirmation that the balance can be paid via credit card. They said they couldn't progress and will refund my deposit. It's been a week now, and I'm still waiting despite emails/calls.
Noor was the agent I dealt with.
They've now offered £20 refund which I rejected. I'll be reporting to my bank and trading standards.

Sarah has related with customer excelle tly well. She stands out amongs others. I will patronise flightclick with sarah still around.
I am still awaitng my £280 voucher as promised.

Daniel has consistently provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolving my issue. Keep up the excellent work Daniel. You are doing a great job!

I was a bit sceptical after reading some negative reviews but I was not disappointed. Mazz was extremely helpful and very easy to reach anytime I needed to get in touch. I would recommend Flight Clicks and Mazz.

I had a satisfactory experience with a customer service assistant when I needed to buy an airline ticket.

Whatever you do pls do not book with them. When I booked with Daniel he never told me my deposit was not refundable. I booked a ticked to Nigeria, paid a deposit and was told to pay the balance in the 5 days. When I tried to pay the balance they told me the price has changed saying it’s the airline that has not provided enough seats hence I should pay another £160 extra which I declined. They did not find me a ticket for the intial price advertised and have not given me my deposit. The prices advertised is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. POOR SERVICE.

I never got a ticket. I paid on November 6th and asked them for a confirmation code so I could put it into my American Airlines app and have peace of mind I had a ticket. My flight was in 72 hours. They told me they couldn't/wouldn't give me a confirmation code or ticket number until check-in time or "maybe sooner" I called the next day and got the same answer. I called 24 hours before departure and I still didn't have a ticket or confirmation code. The lady said I'd get it by 8pm that night for my 7am flight the next day. I said that's unacceptable. I spoke to a manager and he said the same thing. While on the call I check my spam inbox and they sent an email saying I was refunded the day before, yet kept telling me I had a ticket. Apparently they never secured me a ticket and kept stalling.

The person who I dealt with was professional and had good manners on the phone, then very helpful to understand customers needs and concerns this was what made me feel so welcome and good

Quick and excellent service received from DANIEL yesterday. His professionalism is second to none and I will specifically ask for him whenever I want to book a flight again.

I had book a last minute flight. Experience was great, staff were good in accommodating my needs. Usman was great in sorting out things even in the most stressful time.
