Flightclicks Arvostelua

My experience with Flight Clicks Ltd was the best i had in recent time and because this gentleman called Daniel, he helped me throughout the entire process with the ticket which was reasonable whiles other tickets were expensive. Daniel is the best and he can help you with when you want to get your ticket. Everyone should contact Flight Clicks Ltd and ask of Daniel and he is the best to sort out your travelling problems.

Absolute fraud!! Booked two months in advance and when it came time for us fly, Istill didn't have the information to check-in. I called them and they told me it was still processing and I'd be getting an email shortly. Well, they called back and said there was an issue with the flight and they had to rebook me to another flight. They sent flight details and said check-in at kiosk and call and if I had any issues. The information provided was incorrect, so I called back and was told staye on the phone with the representative. He was on the phone the whole time whiles I went to the counter check-in, per airline customer service my ticket was refunded. I didn't refund it so Flights Click representative said he was trying to get another flight. Long story short, I dint make it to Las Vegas to help my cousin celebrate her birthday. That hurt me so bad!!!!

This is the first time I used this company, and my consultant was Eliana. She was extremely helpful and patient in finding the best flight deal for me in respect of costs and arrival/departure time... I was strongly impressed by her service and commitment and would definitely recommend this company, and especially Eliana who was very polite and professional at all times. Great customer service, thank you very much for all your help Eliana.

Qadeer was amazing. I've never airline tickets online before, and Qadeer guided me through the process. He has the experience to know all the questions to ask. He was also reassuring. We're looking forward to our holiday now.

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. I purchased an expensive airline ticket through them, and an EMD voucher was clearly mentioned in their confirmation email as part of the offer. This voucher influenced my decision to proceed with the booking.

Later, when I attempted to use the voucher, the agency refused to honor it, claiming it was not valid because it was only stated in the email and not in the attached PDF document. From a customer’s perspective, an official email confirmation should be considered part of the agreement, so this explanation felt unreasonable and misleading.

What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. When I called to raise a complaint, my calls were repeatedly dropped or disconnected before I could get a clear answer or resolution. This gave the impression that the agency was out to scam me from the onset. Avoid them.

I have been dealing with the company for some years now....the result i always is amazing welcoming genuine and professional i feel easy especially dealing with 1 gentlemen name Mr Mazz

Flightclicks is NOT ATOL protected!!. So they will steal your money and won't refund. These people will book your ticket and later cancel it with the airline and steal your money,so be careful, that's their trend of steal money, check all reviews. They stole my £350 deposit after cancelling my flight booking with Emitates who confirmed my bookings were cancelled by the agent. Beware those agents are asian scammers with fictitious british names. My bank did a charge back to get my money back after I reported them to the Financial Trading Agency. They even blackmailed me to remove my reviews to get my refund, which I never did. So stay away guys.

Mazz was very patient and helpful. They were professional and polite.

Hi Mazz
Thank you very much with the flight booking and I really appreciate it very much. I already recommended a friend and he said he is going to book his flight to maurtius with flightclick

My first time using flightclicks and it won’t be my last, really good customer service and communication. Maz and Daniel were above and beyond helpful and got me the best flight and deal.

Hi I’m very happy with the this airline he very helpful for understanding May thank

Made reservation last Nov 2025, and on the agreed time that we have to settle the full amount of our tickets Mazz told me that it wasn’t confirmed yet. Decided to cancel and made a refund, but up until now they can’t give me a clear explanation about it, saying airlines aren’t answering. Asking me to phone them at the given time, when you give them a call, they already left. Irrelevant and rude customer service, especially named KHADEER, if i’m not mistaken. Still awaiting for the refund.

This company is a total scam. They never sent a confirmation and lied up until my flight was supposed to leave. When I called Southwest they had no record of my booking. This is a scam, beware.

It was the first time I used this Travel Agency, Elianna was very helpful and got me a great return price. After a few days I received a call from Elianne stating that BA had a problem and I was not booked on the flight back and I had to pay extra. I was very stressed/upset as it was not my fault and I could not afford to pay more. My case was passed to Mazz who was also helpful, contacting BA and arranged for me to get a voucher. I will be booking with them in the future.

This flightclick guys scammed me ,while pretending to book.flight for me. Everyone check out the reviews on flightclicks.com, no one gave a positive review, same scam pattern. they just changed to this flightclicks.co.uk and magically got green rating. Patronize them at your own risk.

Eliana is one of the best agent - She is amazing and she deserves a pay raise. Thank you so much Eliana for your good customer service.

No stars..Negative..its a scammmmmerrrr..
Do not trust !!!!!!!

Very articulate and customer friendly company. My experience was fantastic, Eliana is a professional, she's passionate when it comes to customer handling. Without wasting time you get me my desired flight ticket. Thank you so much.

Thank you, Daniel, for taking such great care in booking our flights to the Caribbean. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know everything is in such capable hands, and we truly appreciate the effort you put into making our trip start perfectly. Thanks again from us both — we can’t wait for the adventure ahead ☀️✈️🌴
