I haven't gotten back my refund. They keep saying 48 to 72 hour wait. Its been almost 3 months. Its way past the 48 to 72 hour wait. I've waited this long to say something because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I would get my refund and nothing. Then they said it would be back in my bank account 4 Mondays ago and nothing. Then they asked to see my bank statements. Wat is really going on.

Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a very concerning experience with Flightclicks and would advise others to be extremely cautious.
I paid a £120 deposit to reserve a flight to Mauritius and was told the remaining balance of £530 was due by Monday, 9 February 2026. I received an email confirming this arrangement.
When I called on the due date to complete payment, I spoke with an agent named Qadeer, who had been handling my booking. Unfortunately, the call raised serious concerns. He was unable to clearly confirm whether any booking or reservation had actually been made and avoided answering basic questions.
I was then informed that the flight was no longer available at the agreed price and was suddenly almost £400 more expensive. I was also told, without any clear explanation, that the airline would supposedly “compensate” me £350, which did not make sense and further reduced my confidence.
Due to the lack of clear answers and the sudden price change, I decided not to proceed. After ending the call, I received repeated follow‑up calls asking me to send an email confirming cancellation, which I declined to do as no confirmed booking appeared to exist.
Shortly afterwards, I received an email stating that only £10 would be refunded to my bank, with the remaining £110 issued as vouchers. I did not agree to this. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute, and the full £120 deposit was successfully refunded to my account.
Based on my experience, the process was unclear, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I would not use Flightclicks again and would strongly recommend others proceed with caution.
