I was introduced to the company by a friend and truly I have to comment that the company is one of the best have used in recent time.
The customer service officer that attended to me(Mr Mazz) is friendly and professional.
In view of the above, have decided to introduce some of my friends to Hello flight.

Hi, Never trust this company. They are one of the biggest scammers in the world. They are listed in Kayak. They use this listing to attract customers. They offer you cheap flights tickets to attract you. Once you pay the advance, they will prove who they are. Look at all the previous reviews. I trusted them just they were in Kayak. I paid £250 for three tickets and received the travel itinerary. After a few days when i checked with Qatar airways they informed me there is no booking in my name. I called these scammers. They informed me Qatar airlines cancelled my tickets and they will refund my deposit and get a £ 300 as compensation from Qatar Airlines. I trusted them again and requested them to proceed with my refund. After that they stop answering my calls. They became very rude. I paid the deposit through my credit card. so I raised a complaint with my credit card company and called to discuss bout my complaint and I got to know from them the scammers have already refunded £20 from my deposit. I sent another email to the scammers to inform about my complaint and my intention to raise a complaint with Kayak. At this point, the scammers contacted me immediately and told me that they are trying to refund my money, but the system is not allowing them to do so due to my complaint raised with the credit card company and they are receiving an error message. Scammers requested me to withdraw my complaint. So that they would refund the balance within 24 hours. This was another trap for which I did not get caught. Please DO NOT Purchase tickets with these scammers after reading my message. They are high way robbers and inhuman people. They are robbing our money.

Worst flight company in UK, pure scammers and don't why are allowed to operate in UK.

Excellent response and support. Experienced a stressful flight rescheduling and eventual flight missing situation in Senegal, once I made contact, Qadeer Ahmed was at hand to sort the situation out for me and reissue tickets for the next available flight to my destination.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked that a company like this is that unscruplous.  I was offered £40 instead of my £200 refund.  I refused this and I got several calls asking me to respond to the email "go ahead", but I refused.  Then I was sent another email again.  I refused again and this stated that I would receive £20 instead of the initial £40 and this was even £20 lower than the first offer, WHYYY was it lower???  On the phone I was requested to respond "go ahead with the refund," I refused several times, as the email said £20 instead of £200.  I asked you if I would be refunded the £200 instead of the £20 and I was told that I would be refunded the £200, if I respond go ahead.  Even when I challenged the amount on the email I was told it will be £200. Every time I was called, the call would start by saying "your full refund has been authorised, just respond to the email", and every time on reading the email it would not be saying £200 it will be either £20 or £40.  I have just seen in my bank account that I was sent £20.  I recorded the whole conversation. The phone call clearly stated that I would get my full refund in 7 to 10 working days.  I did not expect to be dealing with thieves on the phone, how do you sleep at night taking advantage of people like that.  I was shocked to find only £20 in my account.  I will take this to the Financial Ombunsman and I have a recording to prove it.  
I AM UTTERLY SHOCKED THAT A COMPANY CAN VIOLATE PEOPLE'S RIGHTS LIKE THAT!!!

This company has now been referred to the FTC and several other entities, including banks for fraud, scamming and embezzling money from consumers. They don't actually purchase any tickets. It has been verified on a recorded line with the airlines that they in fact, never purchased tickets and runoff with people's money immediately take down this website. Do not buy a ticket from this website under any circumstances a gentleman name Steven claiming to be the manager Claims to get back with you and response to getting your money back in five days here we are going on 45 days now no refund no response. Several emails sent out to communicate communicate with the banks. It's being under investigation. I highly recommend purchasing it directly from the website. The prices they're claiming are cheap are not. It's a bait and switch tactic and their legal operation they will not refund your money. Do not buy from these people read the reviews.

This is a fake website company does not exist it's ran by a phone center full of kids who claim to buy a ticket for you when the entire time the ticket was never purchased. They just took your money. I'll verified when told them you were calling me major airline. They tried to refer you from not doing it and when you call the airline to find out, your name was never on the itinerary and their list and you got scammed and this is coming from Southwest Airlines. Stay far away from this company is full of bunch of dirtbags and people for money and switch your flights round.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They advertised a flight offer at a price that turned out not to exist. Based on their confirmation, I agreed to proceed and paid a deposit using my credit card.

I was told that they would call me the next morning to collect the remaining balance. However, no one called. I had to chase them myself, calling multiple times. When I finally got through, they suddenly changed the terms and told me I needed to pay the rest via bank transfer instead of card, which was never part of the original agreement.

When I refused and pointed out that this was not what we agreed on, they said they would issue a full refund to my card. They then asked me to confirm via email while I was on the phone, which I did.

Overall, this felt very misleading and unprofessional. Advertising a non-existent price, changing payment terms after taking a deposit, and poor communication are all major red flags. I would advise others to be very careful before dealing with this company.
