I had a very good experience with this company. The booking process was straightforward, the prices were competitive, and the information provided was clear and accurate. The customer service was also helpful and professional whenever I needed assistance.
I have also introduced some few friends to the company, the feedback has been wonderful from my friends as well.

Scammers!! Try at your own risk.⚠️
They promised to return my money and send false verification whilst I did not receive anything in my account.
They have also been threatening me not to write any negative reviews.
Avoid them kindly.
They have that scammers accent anyway!

I am very disappointed and disgusted the way I have been treated by Qadeer who assisted me to book my flight to the Philippines. He took a deposit of £300 from me to book a flight with Cathay Pacific. After 2 weeks Qadeer called me back and informed me that my booking was cancelled and rescheduled with new airlines which is Royal Brunei and took a full amount from me and 2 of my family paid in full. He then promised that my deposit of £300 which he will refunded me double as part of his gratitude and happy to accept it. I have waited for 4 weeks and phoned Qadeer again to get an update, he told me that the money are now on their account department and will issue it to me as soon as cleared. Waited another 2 weeks, nothings happen. Then 4 months was passed still no refund so I called back to ask to speak their Manager named Edward, he promised to speak to Qadeer and get the answer but another 2 weeks gone and still no calls from Edward and Qadeer himself. I have reached the end of my patience and demand an answer only to be told that there will be NO REFUND. I am making this statement for all the people who are thinking to book a flight with this company. THINK TWICE or MANY TIMES before making your decision to book as this travel agents are only good taking your money and will not help you if you need further assistance. I will give them zero star to this company and I will be seeking to sue this agent QADEER for the stressed he put me through.

This agents are scammers.Booking agent was Mazz and Qadeer.(The return ticket date was made by them and promised me not to worry about it that isn’t chargeable but it was all lies)
I bought a flexible return ticket from them and I was charged for changing the date after I was miss informed by their staff that I wouldn’t be paying any additional fees. So am sending this as a warning ⚠️ to people out there to avoid this agents. They are absolute criminals. I will be reporting them to the authorities . Virgin Atlantic is aware and they will be prosecuted.This just happened this week.

My booking agent was Mazz.

The service was appalling from start to finish. They enticed me with low prices and encouraged me to pay a deposit to secure my ticket. However, when I called to pay the remaining balance, I was told the booking had been cancelled because the balance had to be paid by 9:00 a.m. I called at 9:20 a.m., and to secure the exact same ticket, I had to pay an extra £350.

I didn't think it could get any worse—but it did. Mazz confirmed that my booking included both a suitcase and hand luggage. However, when I checked in, I was told there was no luggage allowance on my booking and that I would have to pay over £100 to travel with my luggage.

The same thing happened on my return flight. You can only imagine how frustrated I was.

Do not book with this company. Based on my experience, they use misleading sales tactics and the additional charges ended up costing me far more than expected.

To make matters worse, they were encouraging me to leave a positive review before I had even travelled.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company. It could cost you much more in the long run.

i stated I needed to pay by Credit Card as I had no actual money to pay for a ticket ! So After paying a deposit for a ticket on my Credit Card, I was then told to ring on a said date at an exact time and pay the balance by bank transfer, I said no by Credit card as I first explained. No it must be by bank transfer I was told.
At this point I was very nervous, so decided to look elsewhere, I rand to request a refund due to misselling, Was lectured to about how it was my fault, they take more than half of your deposit for a cancellation fee !!! Even though I didn't cancel I was MISS SOLD. Still waiting for partial refund to reach my Account.i believe its a gamble as to whether or not you will actually get a ticket as its All under a group booking and zi believe its on a first come, first gets basis. Very stressful time.

I have a very bad experience with this flight click. I was speaking with Daniel and booked my ticket for the price we agreed. I gave them the deposit and when it comes to pay the full amount he said that the airline cancelled and asked me to pay more than what we agreed. So I cancelled and asked the full amount of my deposit. He said that he will refund the full amount of the deposit, but I received not even the half of my deposit. They are scammer . Now that I am chasing them for my money , they are saying that Daniel is on Holliday . Very strange .

Run as far away from this travel agency as possible. After paying a deposit based on the flight details provided, I was later informed of significant changes to the itinerary and was presented with alternative options that either involved additional costs or less convenient travel arrangements. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a similar issue with this travel agency.

The worse part about this is their lack of transparency - I was also not clearly informed of an important payment deadline before making my deposit, and was only informed on the following day about the deadline which they highlighted makes the deposit non refundable - a clear tactic to steal customers money.

The only reason I booked with them again was to use a voucher that had been issued following a previous, almost identical experience. Based on these repeated issues, I have reasonable suspicion that this company is fraudulent (Umer, Mazz and some guy called Hassan having the same voice and repeating the same story line).

Again - if you really don't want headaches, avoid this company.

I paid a £300 deposit and was fully committed to paying the remaining balance on the agreed final payment date, which was one month later. I waited for them to send me the payment link, but they never did. Instead, they suddenly told me my flight had been cancelled. I never asked for my booking to be cancelled—I was simply waiting for them to let me make the final payment.

After cancelling my booking, they only offered me flights that were far more expensive than my original booking, leaving me feeling completely trapped. It honestly felt like they were trying to force me into paying more money.

The worst part was the refund. They kept 60% of the money I had paid, even though the cancellation was not requested by me. I lost a significant amount of money through no fault of my own, and they showed absolutely no willingness to resolve the situation fairly.

This has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a travel company. Their customer service was unhelpful, the communication was awful, and the way they handled my booking was unacceptable.

Please think twice before trusting this company with your money. I certainly won’t be using Flight Clicks again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Please don't buy tickets. Be careful and think twice before buying. Before i book I asked, you not going to change extra, then travel agent said no we not going to charge extra. and your tickets is confirmed, When I bought tickets i told i can pay full payment but they don't want he ask me £400 deposit and he told me to pay after 2 week, and after 2 weeks I called for full payment then they said airline cancelled your tickets.and we cannot give you refund. If AIRLINES CANCEL TICKET THEN AIRLINES PAY FULL REFUND. luckily I got all proof, so my bank refund me my money.

I worked with Umer at FlickClicks to book our family holiday to Sri Lanka. Despite some initial errors in his original quote details (and some email scanners suggest this was a possible scam), Umer worked wholeheartedly go clear my doubts, provide with timely information and explain the process very clearly. Always communicating over the phone to ensure clarity. Whilst the final price waz slightly higher than the original qouted, it was still significantly cheaper ghan booking directly with the airline. I highly recommend you speak to Umer when booking your trip. His customer service to rectify initial areas was second to none. He desperately wanted a smooth booking process and wished us all an excellent holiday. Thanks Umer and flight clicks.
