Flight Centre South Africa Arvostelua

Melandri Olivier (The Grove Mall Pretoria) really gave me 5 star service. She went out of her way to get me the best deals. She is stuck with me now for all my future travel bookings!

Paige Rugan from Flight Centre Clearwater mall is the most amazing agent. Have used her services since 2022 on my first international trip and have never done any bookings without her help. Keep Up the good work Paige. We appreciate you a lot.

I received very friendly and helpful service from Keno and ended up with a booking that suits me better than my own efforts online.

Nicholas Botha, thank you for all your help and assistance in getting tickets sorted for my mom's holiday. I was stressing so much and you just calmly took charge and got it done. Really really appreciate your assistance.

Always greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Nadine always goes the extra mile in assisting us with the best flight packages.

I thoroughly recommend their services!

Amazing service with good conversation, 100% attention to detail Nadine and her team are the best 👌

Trenitia was so helpful and she did everything she could to accommodate my wishes.

A big thank you to Kamogelo Molope at Flight Centre Bedford Centre. Super efficient, friendly service!

Excellent, prompt, professional service.

This morning I walk in into the store , received welcome greeting from Keno who was very helpful in booking my flight. Much appreciated. Shukran. Thank you once again

I want to give a special shoutout to Ayanda. Honestly, my confidence in Flight Centre going into this was low, but I decided to go with them because of my experience with Ayanda.

What really stood out to me is that a great experience isn't just about when everything goes smoothly, it's about how things are handled when they don't. On a recent trip to Mauritius, the partners on the ground didn't communicate or plan our airport transfers properly, and it was genuinely stressful. Despite being in a different time zone, Ayanda didn't let that stop her from owning the problem and staying on it with us until it was resolved, all while managing our frustration with real professionalism.

Beyond that, she made the whole trip seamless, planning everything and communicating clearly with us every step of the way. Thank you, Ayanda, for making this trip such a great experience.

FARGHAANA FORTUNE, always provide the most efficient, friendly and personal service to all our needs to travel abroad. She also provides us support once we are overseas. That is the main reason that we use Flight Center in Cape Town. Professional people like her make a company to succeed.

This has been the second year in a row that we have been dealing with Chandre Plaatjies. I would highly recommend Chandre, as she has been incredibly patient and professional dealing with me, especially being a person who asks a lot of detailed questions, requires information to be checked and changes/add to bookings. If Chandre does not have intimate knowledge of a resort, she will ask a colleague or "phone a friend" She therefore goes the extra mile. Her willingness to work hard to source the best possible value-for-money deal within our budget definitely deserves a mention. The whole experience makes the entire planning process so much easier.

Presh offers the best service and so friendly and professional.

Walked into flight centre Pavillon and spoke to Malini. She was very kind understanding and friendly. Comming from UK. Wanted a nice hotel and flight to cape town .
I was unsure of dates so was a tricky one. She gave me an excellent quote with everything i needed. I am in the hotel now and i love it. I emailed her change of dates and she handled everything so smoothly. Will be booking more holidays now and feel so happy there is someone who can help.me with the best hotels and good times for flights as well. And bonus transfer as well. Travelling alone is always a challenge. Thanks so much Malini. For going the extra mile. And the team at flight centre is amazing.

The service from Rikus Horn was exceptional; our girls trip to Egypt was awesome with each detail of it taken care of giving us peace of mind in another country.

He was very helpful during the planning of the entire trip.

Brendan is quite marvelous, He assists us with our trip planning annually and it's an absolute breeze! Flight centre along with Brendan is and will always be our first choice!

The service of Brendan Jennings was great. The manner in which he presents the flight options, which is clear for somebody that does not travel Internationally on a regular basis was so easy to follow. His response time is good and he has not problem answering all my questions in an efficient manner. I was relaxed knowing that he as seen to all the aspects of my trip.

Thank you Brendan :)

Prompt pleasant and a pleasure to deal with at some point we thought there is no real human behind the e-mails that is how on point they were
