Excellent customer service after problem due to courier

Prompt delivery but item damaged and half of the packaging was missing. Most likely the fault of the delivery provider rather than Fitness Equipment Ireland.

Update: Fitness Equipment Ireland have gone out of their way to look after me for which I am most grateful. They also requested details in order to raise the matter with the courier which I am glad to hear.
