I recently bought a bottle of liquid…
I recently bought a bottle of liquid chalk from Fitness Equipment Ireland only to find the lid was broken. I put that fact in a previous review and got on with my leaky bottle.
A few days ago I got an email saying that a replacement cap was on the way!!
I now have a fully functioning bottle and I take my hat off to the customer aftercare!!
This is so unusual these days to have such a small thing corrected with haste
Hats off to the customer service department!!
