The delivery and installation of my fridge freezer by Chris and Eddie was excellent. I can’t speak highly of them enough. Very courteous and professional. Took every care not to damage anything, they were on time and efficient and very polite. Exactly what customer service should be

Good communication from F&P about delivery. The delivery team, Connor & Andrew, rang about an hour before arrival so we had time to clear the old f/f. before installation of the new one. Very efficient & friendly service. Good explanation of how it worked. One slight hiccup was a connector split when trying to attach to water pipe (over enthusiastic!) so we were without water/ice until we could get a replacement.
