Really disappointed, not worth the money and would not recommend.
Our Fisher & Paykel Wine Fridge could not keep to the programmed temperature in the summer and I was told it could not be repaired. The fridge is only 6 years old.
I have been recommend a Capel wine fridge that is a lot more reliable and a sixth of the Fisher & Paykel price. I cannot believe I still had to pay the Fisher & Paykel engineer £100 just to be told our fridge was not fixable! Avoid this company!

Avoid the water filter subscription service.
This review is about the poor online store subscription system for filters. We subscribed to this service six months ago as result of rising fridge water filters. With a new filter due we received an email confirming they have taken the credit card payment and that it will be despatched shortly. It never arrived, the F&P system showed a purchased status. Trying to contact anyone to help is a joke and their system appears flawed in executing this service. We still do not have what we paid for and don’t know if we’ve been scammed. I would not touch this subscription service with a barge pole. Come on F&P you can do better than this.

Overall good service. There were some issue around organising a delivery date but all well in the end. Their delivery team (andrei and Steve) were excellent.

The engineer Dean was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly he immediately pinpointed the issue we had with our appliance, which he repaired and everything is now working fine.

Have a Fisher & Paykel Series 7 fridge freezer. Started leaking water from the freezer after only 4 years. Spoke to customer service who agreed to send a technician to assess at a cost of £195, excluding parts / repairs. Pretty disappointing really for a “premium” brand. Fridge freezer looks great but surface scratches easily.

Connor and Richard were cheerful, efficient and positive. They explained certain features of the machine, which was very helpful.

Replacing a 24 year old Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer. Wanted a like for like replacement which we were able to order online. They contacted us by phone very quickly with a delivery date and on the day confirmed a time that was 100% accurate enabling me to leave work and get home without any additional time off. Connor and Andrew were incredibly professional and expert in removing the old and installing the new fridge freezer. It was tricky as the space was tight but they were fantastic throughout and calmly carried out the installation to perfection. Very impressed and a real joy to find such a professional company with professional staff. Thank you.

Chris and Eddie provided an outstanding service in delivering a double fridge freezer to our basement kitchen. They maneuvered it with extreme care around some sharp corners and stairs, taking great care throughout. They tried their utmost to do a great job, which they absolutely more than achieved. We are very grateful!

Faultless delilvery, collection and installation. Got a text first thing, a call from Eddie and Andrew, and they turned up to minute they said they would - and we are not easy to find. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, smart and thoroughly nice guys - made it completely seamless and a joy tbh!

Our two delivery guys Connor and Andrew were great. Very polite, courteous and respectful of carefully delivering such a big item through the house. They took the old fridge/freezer away and were very clean and tidy with the whole job. Thanks again guys.
