Amazing quality fish, great service, fantastic selection of fish, nothing not to like.

I first started using Fishbox because I was fed up with buying fish from local shops and suppliers and the fish was contaminated with a smoke flavour and not aways the freshest. I have been receiving a monthly box from Fishbox for the past 3 years and have found there products and services to be first class. As a chef and nutritionist I am always looking for new produce to try and create new recipes which Fishbox has enabled me to do. The other service that Fishbox offers is that you are in control of the fish you receive rather than having to put up with what is being delivered. It is a fantastic company to get your fish from.

Always a nice selection of fish in the box. I'm able to identify which fish I don't want - so I never get something I don't like. The fish are well packed and always totally chilled when they are delivered - even if its in the afternoon on a hot sunny day.

Great quality produce, with wide range of sustainable species. Very responsive service if I need to get in touch. Would recommend, only lose a star as delivery company don't always provide good service (eg leaving box in in unsecured area), but that is not a reflection of fishbox team.

Box arrived a day late, the fish was not cold. The ice packs had burst. My complaints to customer service have just gone unanswered. Additionally the portions are quite small and the box is overpriced.

I love receiving my Fishbox each month, particularly the surprise of not knowing what will be in it. My husband is chef round here and the many different types of fish and seafood we have had have given him the kind of challenge he enjoys. Everything we get is super fresh and completely delicious. Also, the Fishbox team couldn’t be more responsive and helpful when I’ve need to change the week of my delivery and they we great at sorting out a problem with the courier company. I would recommend Fishbox to anyone who enjoys cooking and eating seafood.

There is a surprise in every box! The contents are always fresh and ready to cook as you like or tips and recipes are always at hand. A great opportunity to try something new.

Fishbox is a fantastic way to have a variety of fresh fish delivered to your home. It allows you to select your favourites and try new fish with great recipe ideas on their website. Just the right portion size and freezable to keep your supply going until the next delivery.
Service is great, friendly staff give prompt responses and resolutions to any queries.

Great service, fantastic fresh seafood, guilt free recyclable packaging, what more would you like. If you are looking for fresh and interesting seafood, stop looking, you have found it.

Fish delicious and like that is what is caught on the day so less waste However I still struggle with the amount of packaging. Could this be returnable in any way?

Excellent quality super fresh tasty fish. Each portion is vacuum packed, labelled with fish name and b. before date which makes freezing super easy.
Even though we live hundreds of miles away, delivery is spot on, we know exactly both when our box is on its way and when we are going to receive it.
We have used Fishbox for many years and never once had a bad experience. Even at the height of the Covid pandemic the Fishbox team has kept going like clock work.
Also, the customer service has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with our various temporary relocations, last minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, and holidays breaks.
I cannot recommend enough this company, Fishbox totally deserves its 5 stars for its fish and service.

Absolutely love our Fishbox delivery. Always on time and fresh. When we have guests we can even add to it and order specialties such as crab and oysters. Fantastic customer servicE.

Fish is always SO fresh. I love not knowing what will be in the box but just know I will love everything as I have ticked all the ones I love and the ones I don't want.

The quality and variety of products is excellent. We like how the fish is packaged and labelled, ready to go in the freezer if not being eaten straight away. The filleted fish is always completely boneless so we don’t have to check it. The addition of recipes is useful - we have tried many of them.
The only thing that could be improved on is reliable delivery.

Excellent to be able to receive a range of really fresh fish, straight to our home - delicious & very convenient.

We appreciate occasionally getting whole fish as well as fillets.

Fishbox is such a great idea, we get a large variety of different fish,monthly, some we have never heard of and if for any reason there's one we dislike we just take it off our love/like list.
