Fishbox Arvostelua 

Ordered a fish box and it came quickly. We don’t have to meal plan as much as we have lots of fish to work with. It actually works out cheaper than if you buy fish a lot from the supermarket and it’s better quality. Also had a little recipe inside the box for what to do with the langoustines that we ordered. I’m impressed. we eat lots of fish and not other meat so it’s a huge part of our diet.

Very expensive for what you get. Tried it for three months and only received 5 different products in the end - and the value of the fish definitely wasn't worth it. Cancelling it now. There are far better suppliers up in Scotland that are value for money and actually bother replying to emails and phone calls. Or, if possible, support your local fishmonger

I have found the quality of fish, and what you get in your box excellent value for money.

It’s nice to get your box not knowing what’s going to be in it, but also a downside to you can only plan your meals once it’s arrived.

Unfortunately only one of the seafood items I had requested for a gift box were supplied. When I expressed disappointment, I got a quick reply indicating that I didn’t list all my dislikes. However, the only direction on the website is “Tailor your giftbox to suit your recipient’s preferences - tell us what they would love and we'll do our best to include it!” For this simple reason the product was a failure as a gift and thus my low score. Let’s hope you have a more positive experience especially as other customers have been impressed by the quality of the product, but I would recommend that you list everything you don’t want to avoid disappointment.

My second box has just been delivered as scheduled. The fish looks excellent and there's a really good variety. It was useful to be able to give preferences when I signed and I've been very happy with the service .

Had 2 deliveries so far. Both turned up on time and have had a good variety of good quality fish. Can’t complain

The quality of their fish is excellent but I have had 2 non deliveries, payment taken for extras but extras not delivered. When trying to resolve delivery issues they refer to it as my problem not theirs. They do not understand that their product is the complete package, fish and delivery and once I manage to get my refund I will go elsewhere. The fish may be good, but so is my local fishmonger. I am in my 80's and delivery is important which is why I was prepared to pay their high prices, but only if delivery worked.

Really pleased with the Fishbox I received! The portions were a good size, and tasted amazing!! Im a new customer currently signed up to the monthly medium box, but may change to more frequent deliveries soon!

Love the website, products, recipes, choice, tips and more. Having received my first box I found the fish to be lovely and fresh, and a great selection, including one fish I had selected but never had the opportunity to try before. I requested a large box to feed 2 adults, 2 children. Whilst there was not 4 (or 3) portions of everything we could mix and match adequately. I have now changed this to 3 adults to see what difference there is. Good feedback from my children too who have enjoyed the meals. Not knowing exactly what type of fish you will get, as it depends on what has landed, adds to the experience. The box was well packed, reusable/recyclable and did not smell fishy from the outside so could be suitable for a work place delivery. The fish had been kept well chilled. Looking forward to my next delivery. Well done Fishbox team!
